"Set on a working farm in beautiful countryside with far reaching views. The property was lovely & clean & contained everything needed for a relaxing stay. A very comfortable bed, a lovely shower with plenty of hot water & the property was lovely & warm. There was plenty if onsite parking. Whilst we didn’t need to contact the hosts we knew they were close should we have need them. Lovely welcome pack on arrival. "Rosebank is a very clean, comfortable cottage. Lovely views across to the hills at the back & pheasants & lots of birds visit the garden.Very handy for the Coledale Inn, & the Royal Oak & 5 minutes in the car to Keswick if you want to try something different like Thai food at the the Star of Siam. We have stayed there frequently & will definitely go again. Many thanks."

"The cottage was immaculately clean, warm and comfortable. The conservatory overlooking the wonderful large garden, with a view of Skiddaw was excellent. The addition of private parking and a very quiet cul de sac added to the overall quality. The location was perfect - an easy walk into town, with great hiking routes from the door and easy access to the traffic free cycle path. Perfect, and we look forward to returning soon."

"Three Peaks is very comfortable and well equipped. The views from the windows are wonderful, even better at the top of the garden. The garden is a real bonus, full of plants and flowers. There is a steep slope to the gate followed by steps to the bungalow and garden which could be challenging for anyone with limited mobility We would definitely return"
