Too warm out to use the outside area but that would be great to use during the stay.It would be Handy in the future to know the back unit was reserved to discuss parking. "Second year staying at the property. The location was much quieter than last year and we had no issues with the area. Love the proximity to coffee (2 mins), grocery (4 mins) and Grandpa Joe's candy emporium store (8 mins). House was clean and we appreciate the stocked items made available. Wifi Internet didn't appear to be working but we don't really use it during our stay."

"Property was nice with a private back patio. House was clean and welcoming. The towel situation was fantastic. The kids loved the double bed room. The only negative thing was that there was no extra toilet paper. We had a great stay. Thank you! "

"The Caliente suite is extremely cute, very welcoming and I really enjoyed my stay at the Flats. I got to peep a couple other suites and I can say they are all great. The rooms are very clean, the bed was super comfortable. I loved the welcome gifts, stocked coffee bar, and proximity to everything to downtown and the regional airport.
