"From the pictures it looks really nice and clean overlooking a lake. When I arrived there I saw high grass and weeds everywhere. You could not even walk down to the lake because the landscaping is so bad. The bathtub was peeled and the black grout looked dirty. There was no a/c in the two bedrooms but only a unit in the master.I found the furniture not comfortable. When we came back from dinner the gardeners were there mowing. "easy to get to and a nice neighborhood. have to where sleepers in the house and throw your toilet paper in a trash can not in the toilette."

Jacob has a great set up outdoors… corn hole game, golf practice and a fire area. we made s'more and gaze at the beautiful sky at night. We also enjoyed the many indoor games, and enjoyed the large TVs (3) to watch World Cup game matches in HD and excellent speakers. It is a beautiful property very private but also very close...
