Westport top floor condo

Getting into property was not easy. The lock and keys on front door needs adjusting.We were never able to connect to internet wifi despite texts to manager. There were quite a few stains on carpets. Assuming they were from dogs.Outside chairs dirty. View was great. Kitchen supplied well except no coffee.Beds comfortable. We have stayed in these condos many times and this is a great area with great access to beach and trails.

Great Location

Great Views, great location right on the beach. Condo was comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable.We were disappointed that the WiFi wasn't available and no one came to fix it.We weren't informed that the condo was under repairs and there were work crews and scaffolding and debri at the condo itself.

Westport Too floor Condo

Like a frat house. Nice bones but stained and dirty. Would not stay there again. Took 20 minutes to get key out and another 20 minutes to get key back in. Couldn’t work the TV. No screens on windows. We were so uncomfortable we only stayed one night. Construction on condos made it unsafe to walk around. Going back to hotels.

Perfect location, a couple small suggestions

Stayed here with our 3 year old and 9 month old. The location is very ideal with a 3 minute walk to the beach and an awesome paved trail to the jetty. The pool and hot tub were also nice to help entertain the kids. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. There was a large shelf next to the TV that absolutely should have been secured to the wall as it was not secure and visibly unsteady. Could easily have fallen forward from kids or pets and caused injuries (it was fairly heavy and lots of things on the shelves or in baskets within the shelves). We moved it to the closet of our bedroom and moved it back before checkout to prevent any accidents. Also, there was a playground shown in pictures but we found out this has been torn down and there are plans for a new one eventually. Would be nice for the owner to update those things and any construction. Overall, a nice little getaway for our family.

Super clean with all the needed amenities. Perfect space for a family of 5 (plus dog)! Very partial view of ocean but the condo was so beautiful you can easily ignore that fact.

Clean and comfortable

It was a nice roomy place but certainly doesn't have good beach view and the light house is on shore look alike light house . It is located close to the beach with easy trails down to the beach but the room itself sits over the parking area looking over to the ocean. Easy check in and out.

Great space for four!

Had a great weekend! Celebrated Dad’s 91st birthday. Condo is located directly across from elevator, making it very convenient for those with mobility limits. Very clean. Nice layout with open spaces. Very close to the walking path and beach access.

Emergency handled poorly

Iunderstand accidents happen but the way we were treated was bad. Water hose under sink came off in the night I woke up at 1 am head water the whole apartment was under water about 2 inches...hubby turned off water thank god was able to..we called 800 emergency #.I had to send pictures really while everything was under water we tried to soak it all up with towels...then 45 min later the local manager (Matthew) called and he asked if he needs to come by bc he lives all the way in Ocean shores and it will take him an hour to get here...yes he needs to come in the meantime we are still soaking up water with towels ..downstairs Lady came water was coming out of her light fixtures...then police came bc someone called we are to loud... an hour later the manager shows up has no access to a shop vac or anything he brought a box of towels ...we were pretty much done soaking up all the water...except the carpet big watery sponge... he did offer to relocate us but we were too tired it was 330 am so we asked we don't have to check out by 1000 he said he will try to work something out for us....we did not hear anything from day manager until l pressed the checked out button she showed up did not introduce herself asked why are you still here, we said we were waiting on you she gave us 30 min to get out. Mathew got us some money back but day manager was so rude and we got charged cleaning fee after we worked 2 hrs soaking up water, no morning time on beach for us

Family reunion at the beach

The property was clean and comfortable. The location, though, was the best part. A few minute's walk from the beach. We spent so much time on the beautiful beach that I can't wait to go back. We'll rent here again for sure.

Razor Clam Home Base

Brought the family during the kids' spring break to do some razor clamming. Kids liked the fast WiFi and Roku TV. Fireplace is nice. Walk to the beach is super easy for beach combing. The kitchen utensils could use some upgrading but nothing that was unmanageable. Looks like there is some construction framing on the outside structure of every building but nothing that will put a damper on your vacation. Bathrooms and Bedrooms are clean. We've stayed here at least 3 times and will do so again in the future.

The unit was clean. Plenty of linens, towels & extra blankets. Kitchen was very well appointed with everything you'd need, including spices. Only item missing was coffe filters for the coffee pot. Had we known, we would have brought some with us. Quiet unit & Property. Great location for beach access and paved walking trail along the beach.

Great Location!

My family and our pup enjoyed our short stay! Super close to the beach and a few minutes from all the restaurants by car. Everything was clean and as advertised. There is even an elevator if you are traveling with someone who might need it.

Good view of beach and a slice of sunset. Well-stocked kitchen, lots of towels, great bathtub, lots of hot water, comfy beds. Poor sound on tv, no sponge or dishcloths for washing dishes, balcony chairs need pressure washing or replacing. All-in-all, very nice vacation condo.

Great Family Accommodations

Nice, clean condo. Very spacious living space and bedrooms. Covered deck is nice with views of the bay. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I’d stay here again.

Fun weekend at the beach

Clean nice place. It was missing the key fob that lets you into the pool/hot tub/workout area, and unfortunately they could not replace it for us. But other than that, great place. Would stay again.

Short Beach getaway

Can’t beat the location of this condo next to the beach! We were able to walk to 2 restaurants, the lighthouse, and the state park. Inside was meh. The towels are thin and half size. No beach towels provided. Kitchen appliances and sink are cheap. The stove needs a proper cleaning - we turned it on to boil water and almost started a fire due to something left on there from who knows when. Beds are comfortable! We would come back for the location. We’d be happier with slightly nicer amenities, though.

Good location, unit poorly stocked & dirty

We have been to this complex a few times, but this was our first time in this unit. PROS: 5 min walk to the beach Access to pool, club house, hot tub Unit sparsely decorated (we have stayed in units with way too many chocjkies, we appreciated the simple decor) Pool manager was really nice and great to work with. CONS: Poorly stocked (no grill tools, 3 tiny spatulas) Master bed was only half made and the fitted sheet was dirty (really gross). We had to remake the bed. TV, cable, modem etc were not assembled. (We put it together) We were not given a key fob to access the hot tub/pool/club house. Vacasa called and stated they would pay for one and drop it off. We never received the fob. Fortunately, there were folks around who were able to let us in. Despite our party for 4, unit only had 2 beach towels. I messaged Vacasa who eventually said they do not provide this, even though the towels say "Vacasa" on them. After that, vacasa just stopped replying to my messages. They insinuate that their services and limited; however, they represent the owner. It was just really poor service. They offered a partial refund on the cleaning fee, which was nice, but we would have appreciated follow up on our communications. We will not be staying in this unit again anytime soon.

Beautiful condo, beautiful location!

This condo was fantastic. Third floor with a nice view of the neighboring park and the ocean. Also could see the light house from the balcony. There was an elevator (that I don’t remember being mentioned in the listing) that made it easy for getting our stuff up and down. Also made it easier for my mom to get up and down without having to climb the stairs. Beach access was just around the building. There was a hose to wash your sandy feet off as well. The beach was beautiful. We enjoyed walking up and down the beach finding tons of fully in tact sand dollars. The town was cute too with a few shops and restaurants. I wish we had booked a couple more days!
