Nice stay

Disclosure of ongoing construction to keep the property from sliding into the ocean would have been nice. Not charging full price during the construction activities would have also been nice. We enjoyed the stay though.

Super view!

We enjoyed staying here for Thanksgiving. The view is amazing, as it’s directly facing the water. The place was very clean and well appointed … we cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner and didn’t lack any tools or pans for that. It would be helpful to have some hints about working the Roku TV … we wanted to watch football over the weekend, and we ended up casting from our phone to get network TV. But we will definitely stay again!

Great vacation spot, fantastic place!

The room was fantastic, right on the beach with beautiful views of the ocean, that was easily accessible via a very short trail. Comfortable furniture, well-stocked kitchen, nicely decorated. One of the nicest places I've ever stayed in. There were a few problems, though. Although there was an excellent library of DVDs an Blu-ray discs, the Sony DVD/Blu-ray player did not work. Also, the TV did not work - there was video, but no sound. Yes, we checked all the settings, but gave up after about 45 minutes. It may not be hooked up, and the controllers for the Sony DVD player (there were 2 of them) may have both had dead batteries. I didn't have any batteries with me and the nearest store is miles away. There was a washer and dryer in the room, but no one left us any detergent, so we couldn't use them. That's why housekeeping is going to have to wash the towels, instead of me doing it for them. Oh, and the light under the microwave doesn't work either. The 2 dogs that barked and whined all day long are not your fault, so I don't blame you for those.

Great ocean stay

Nice spot for a quick ocean experience. Dog friendly and right on the beach. Loved it! Only suggestion for improvement is the e-lock. The code was either not accurate or expired and we couldn’t get in without calls to Vacasa and finally local management who had to reset the lock remotely—then it worked.

Cozy and beautiful

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday 5 years ago and loved it….it was no different this time. You wake up every day to a stupendous view and are mesmerized by it the rest of the day. Sitting on the SW facing deck is special. Walking the beach or on the lighthouse trail were both excellent. The condo has everything you need to relax, cook, eat, and enjoy. Top marks!!!

Truly ocean front

An awesome condo! Stunning to walk in the door and see the ocean right there. The unit feels bigger than it looks in the pictures, and is well equipped and furnished--with one exception. The dining set matches the nautical decore, but is barely usable. Perhaps those high chairs could have cushions, or maybe wooden tops with rounded edges added. The path to the beach is easily accessible, the kitchen had everything I needed, the king-sized bed was fine, the tv worked well, and I hope to return!

Oodles of fun!

Spectacular! View, amenities, access to beach and downtown… couldn’t be better! Hopefully the structural maintenance to the property itself will be completed soon and access to the rooftop areas open!

Perfect location

Wonderful stay once again. View from living room is unparalleled! Only one, little note for coffee drinkers. There is NO REGULAR coffee maker in the condo. There is an electric kettle but we could not make a decent cup of coffee with it. There is a single serving keurig but you have to bring/buy pods (no attachment for using your own grounds) and the coffee stand doesn’t open until 8 am. Other than that, it was a perfect week on the beach! Will be back next year.

Beautiful Place !

We loved the awesome views, the decor was so pretty and the condo was very cozy! It had all the comforts of home and was very clean ! The only thing was we couldn’t get the fire place to work which would have been nice to go along with the awesome storm going on !?! All in all we LOVE THIS PLACE !!! We will definitely be back!!! Marked as one of our favorites for sure !!!

Beautiful view

Beautiful views from the unit - the waves are mesmerizing to look at. Only negative was that the unit's balcony was closed due to some structural issues at the whole complex. Based on the notice on the door, this has been the case since late September, so it would have been nice to have been alerted to this before we went.

Perfect escape

Thank you for such a delightful holiday! I wish we could have stayed longer. The ocean is so close, it’s amazing. The condo is so beautifully decorated - I just loved it. The kitchen was very well stocked with equipment. Our little dog also had a great time and loved the many daily walks on the beach which was so close. Just an amazing time. Thank you. 💙💙💙

Vacasa as the rental agent

The property is awesome. Been there before in different unit thru Vrbo not Vacasa. The unit was nice and the view from it was great looking out over the ocean. The dining area and bar seating were not good. They need to put better dining table and chairs and bar stools. These were not comfortable at all. The unit was nice other than that. The issue will Vacassa also was we locked our key in the unit and I called them for service and they said they contacted the people to help. They said they emailed them and they would be there soon to help. Waited for some time and no one came so I found way into unit on my own. Called them back to report this and they said they would note this. When checking out I talked with the property managers and they said they never heard anything from Vacasa. I`m glad I could get in on my own. They said that they have had other people have issues with Vacasa also. Vrbo you are great. I have used you for other trips and they all worked out great. Thanks again.

Great Place!

Thankful that it is a dog friendly property and had extras for the dog in case we had forgotten anything (we didn't, but it was still nice). Clean and nicely done condo. Windows are a BIG BONUS! Looking forward to coming back!

Excellent For People With Pets
