Vacasa is disappointing, the house is pleasant.
Before we arrived, I had read reviews that the door is not electronic and the code would not work. I also read the TV and DVD have not worked since at least November. I assumed prior reviewers could not be right because this would be complete neglect by the Vacasa Company. However, when I arrived, that was true. I had to call to get the key out of a lock box, and the help person on the phone thought the door was electronic (it isn't) and said he'd update the records. But, because reviews have said this for a few months, clearly that isn't happening. The TV does not work. You are told it does not have cable, which is fine, but the DVD player will not display and the WI-FI while projecting throughout the house does not have an internet connection. So, none of those features work. It is enjoyable to vacation without them, and it is not why I came, but it is totally unacceptable to advertise these features and have no intention of ever fixing them. I texted the help, they gave me platitudes about contacting a local team who would reach out - and never did after a half dozen texts and two day. I think I should receive a partial refund due to the poor customer support and false advertising.
