Positives - This is a lovely property with one large bedroom with 2 king sized beds and 1 small with a double bed. The property is well equiped and in an excellent location. With the beach and beach bar just accross the road. The owner responded to us extremely quickly and sorted out any issues as fast as humanly possible. We lost the keys on the first day and had a replacement within 30 mins. Thunder bay is a very nice beach where food, drink and sunbeds are available. But you can get away from all that at the far side of the beach if you prefer a quieter beach visit. The property is located on highway 1A with is the coastal road, so getting around is very easy if you have a car. If not there are plenty of buses going up and down this road, which are very easy to use. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance. We also had a pleasant suprise of wild green monkeys visiting every day. They were fun to watch and very cute.Negatives - Because of the location road noise is loud as local drivers seem to like to test their horns on a regular basis and the buses all seem to have holes in their exhausts. This resulted in us staying in the back bedroom, but we soon got used to this noise. The property also does not have a full sized oven. But as we do most cooking on the hob it was not an issue. In summary we really enjoyed our stay here and we would go back if the property was available.Tips - if you have a car go to costuless to stock up.
