If you are looking for a holiday with the 3 S's, Sun, Sea and Sand, you could not pick a more suitable place. We could add another 3 S's, Secluded, Safe and Stunning. Our Villa is located on the private estate of Royal Westmoreland, where the resort offers an 18 hole golf course and a full size swimming pool.

The beach near Mullins has lots of water sports options for you to enjoy, including jet skis, water skiing and various rides.

It is the perfect getaway for families with children, as well as sports fans looking for activity in the sun.

Our Villa has its own private entrance and garden.
The accommodation has two double bedrooms in the main villa, each with their own bathroom, and a separate cottage suite with double bedroom, en-suite bathroom and kitchenette.
The Villa can be booked as a two bedrooms for 2-4 people or for 5-6 people (taking all three bedrooms) for a small supplement per person.

An open plan lounge, on the upper floor, opens on to a dining and lounge terrace with stunning views over the Golf Course to the Caribbean Ocean. A new fully fitted kitchen has every convenience for self catering.
Our lovely housekeeper, Genevieve, attends each weekday to make your beds, do your cleaning and attend to your washing.

Our aim is to ensure you have the most relaxing time in Barbados and there are many ways to relax in our Villa when not exploring the island.

The Villa has a flat screen TV, speed broadband wireless internet access, and a Barbados TV subscription.

Guests have access to the full size Forest Hills swimming pool. It is a salt water pool located across the road for exclusive use by owners and their guests.

The Royal Westmoreland championship golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, has spectacular views from every fairway and green.
Ian Woosnam, Masters Champion, European Ryder Cup captain and resident at Royal Westmoreland, has described the 4 par 3's on the course as some of the best he has played anywhere in the world.

Sandy Lane is also close by which is beautiful and offers packages and twilight rate.

Our Villa enjoys amazing views across the golf course to the Caribbean Ocean. It is quiet, secluded and private and particularly safe for those families with children because it has so much private garden and no passing traffic. Forest Hills is a private road and a cul-de-sac, so traffic is never an issue.

Our guest book is full of amazing comments from previous guests who have enjoyed staying at Fairways and include particular praise of our housekeeper Genevieve who sings while she works and is always cheerful.

PLEASE NOTE: Villa renters are able to play golf at the current rate with a Tee Time between 10 and 11am. The wonderful communal swimming pool is dedicated for use of Forest Hills Villa owners and rental guests. The other amenities; The club house (except when playing golf), sanctuary pool, tennis courts, gym, rum shack and the Mullins Beach club use are not included with this rental. The Sandy Lane golf club and Barbados Golf Club can also be played and are a must for keen golfers. There are many other wonderful beaches all open to the public and a great choice of restaurants within a short drive.
