This was a great hotel with a great restaurant 👌 The shower was too slippery. Shower head beat you up.... Never got a wake up call. Friendly staff and good value!!

We stayed in a king jacuzzi suite, it was dated but kept in good condition. Room was clean, electric fireplace didn’t work. Would stay here again.

The hotel was easy to find, the receptionists were very accommodating and had nice personality. There were a few things that might need more attention. 1) Cleanliness (fridge/utensils/phone, where dirty or had fingers prints) 2) The room had a very strong disturbing odor, I had to spray air freshener and perfume to try and get the smell controlled. I'm not sure what it was, maybe the carpet, or curtains. I think the carpets need to very good steam clean and so do the curtains 3) I did ask for an extra blanket and did not receive it, thankfully we brought our own just in case. Same with the pillows. Other than the horrible smell, the property did it's job as was supposed to do. The staff were excellent with their service, including in the restaurant. Thank you Leah!

Great value for the money
It's not a 5 star hotel by no means but it is clean, comfortable and best price at the time of my travel. You get a breakfast each morning and not muffins and coffee, you get to choose between 5 different meals there is a Continental breakfast as a choice but it was not available at time of my stay. I would stay there again.

The king room suit was nice and big. It has an upstairs where the bed is. The breakfast was good as you order in the restaurant.

When I booked, I was shown a room with 2 queen beds and a couch. I was told it sleeps 5. We got there and it was just 2 beds and a chair. With the travellers we had, it was unexpected that 2 strangers had to sleep in the same bed. Not pleased when I found out that it wasn't the room I booked. I booked that room for a reason. That was the ONLY reason.

We regret that you were not happy with your room. We would have done our best to fix the issues if someone had contacted the front desk. It is a little difficult to fill all wishes when we work with room codes, and we dont see the site as you did. We can only hope to see you again!!

Breakfast options were great! Sleeping quarters were clean. Pull out couch was not comfortable but regular queens were great Having two bathrooms was great

The room is clean yet. It is a maintenance such as a screen on their window and a lock on your window. The breakfast is above average. Overall, it was convenient economical place to stay.

I fell in parking lot and after i had spent $845 in an emergency situation testing for covid and needing help over 1 day till my bank was open they called police on me and expected me to leave with my pets and belongings with no where to go then disconected my phone in room so i cant get help my cell is broken from the fall in thir parking lot alberta supports services told me to bad go to shelter and ive tested positive twice
