  • A quiet dwelling with a view to Lake Erie from the deck. You will be about fifteen minutes to Chautauqua Institute. It is less than a mile to the marina. Just a short walk to Barcelona beach. Located in beautiful Chautauqua County right in the middle of the wine tour. Some of the most beautiful sunsets are over Lake Erie you will be able to enjoy. A good chance to see a bald eagle fly overhead. Plenty of fine places to eat with a tiki bar close by.

Excellent again!

This location is just perfect for us! The short walk out to the beautiful beach area, and the comfortable accommodations make this a perfect place to rejuvenate! Our host Dave was just as amazing as he was on our first visit. We will definitely visit again.

Had a wonderful time, property was as advertised, clean, dog friendly. Nice location, great spot for wine tasting, close to Presque state park in Erie. Owner was very helpful, will book again next time i visit.

Nine friends spent 4 nights here and had a fabulous time! The pool, gardens, outdoor area were spectacular. The decor inside was unique, tasteful; the rooms were comfortable. I would recommend it for a group of 8-12 or maybe more! :)

Wonderful..

We absolutely loved our stay! It was so peaceful and the lake access//beach was super easy to navigate. The apartment was clean and really comfortable. Dave even shared fresh tomatoes and peppers with us! We look forward to staying there again soon.

This is our second time staying at Dave's place. We always enjoy ourselves there. The Lake Erie weather can be iffy, but there's lots to do in the area. The rental is a very short walk to the beach. Clean, quiet atmosphere. Loved the location, access to Lake Erie within a short walk. Westfield was a quaint town with alot to offer. Dave Lawson is a wonderful host. Would definitely stay again.

Had the most lovely time at this property. It was clean and well-appointed and the owner was kind, responsive, and helpful. You can see and hear the beach from the deck. Lots of birds and peace to be found. Can't wait to go back.
