"We love the uniqueness of this property, it was cozy and serene, the locked gate was especially nice as it made us feel extra safe. The Hawthorne area is quaint and loaded with dining and shopping options; while streets are busy it is quite walkable, and not far from gorgeous areas like Mt. Tabor Park. Comfortable couch and bed, small but well designed bathroom and kitchenette, both stocked with supplies to make the stay simple. Fun colors, rich wood, gorgeous art, and street parking just around...

"This property is walkable to Woodstock and Reed College. I walked every morning to get coffee and Papaccinos (best latte ever) and walked to Reed in the evenings to watch the sunset or walk the canyon. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. The home was impeccably clean with good toiletries. Plenty of kitchen equipment to make a meal or to bring back take out. The owner was very responsive and easily understood in his responses. Finding another reason to come back to Portland. from this kid."
