"It was just myself, my Husband and my 12 yesr old Grandson. The cottage was lovely. Very comfortable and homely. It had a warm and welcoming feel about it. Very close to shops and a short walk to the beach. Spotlessly clean and everything provided by the host for a perfect stay. We hope to go back again very soon."

"This apartment is of the very highest standard. Beautifully decorated, with everything you would ever need! The location is 2 mins walk to the town or beach. Although there is no parking at the property, there was lots of parking 1 min walk away. Highly recommended! "

"Amazing property. So much room and beautiful views. Hot tub to die for. Super comfy beds. Board games and DVDs galore. Helen was brilliant, the info pack sent before arrival was amazing. "Such a cute, cosy and well equipped hideaway. Great location for exploring the area. Lovely bedroom with comfortable bed. Extensive collection of reading material to browse and enjoy. The little local store a few paces away had everything needed to stock up and the hotel/ pub The Fleece was perfect for a drink in the evening."

"The cottage was perfect. Beautiful location and stunning property with everything you could need and more. The thoughtful gifts on arrival were well received as was the fully stocked kitchen. Games and a little lending library in the lounge, as well as blankets, towels and treats for the dogs were a lovely addition. Just simple little touches made this property 5 star. "We really enjoyed our stay at Rubblestone Cottage. The cottage was warm and comfortable, with everything we needed. A cosy living room with a window that looks over the meadow, which allows you to watch the visiting wildlife. Main bedroom was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare food and the owner provides a great list of pubs, restaurants and takeaways. "The property was clean, but the quality of bedding and kitchen stuff was just too basic. Absolutely shapeless and thin pillows, all same everywhere, so nothing to choose from. Utensils and plates are fresh from Tesco basic range still with stickers. Pans with anti stick bottoms scratched, which may be a health issue. I know it’s a caravan, and not much aspiration to be expected, but it might be just a tad bit better than a factory canteen."

"A nice modern caravan in a good location, close to town and the beach. It appeared a bit grubby in laces when we arrived so I have the work surfaces and some of the kitchen crockery/ glasses/ cups a rinse with hot soapy water as appeared a bit greasy/ fingerprint marks. Overall a pleasant stay."
