"When I got there and when I left, the staff could’ve cared less. They barely looked up at me. Getting to my room was tricky and they didn’t explain it. They didn’t tell me anything about the hotel or breakfast or anything. There was a bunch of sketchy drunk people in the lobby on arrival and when I got to my room, the AC in the bedroom didn’t work. There was a space heater in there but it didn’t blow cool air even on the fan setting and it was boiling by morning. There was loud...

"We really liked being in this hotel, in was comfy, safe, warm and very closed to the Edmonton mall. It was also clean and the staff was very nice all the time. They have also breakfast that is useful for you to not go out but right there you also have Smitty's restaurant if you want something different or if you want a nice lunch or dinner. We would definitely come back."
