Duck Crossing was EVERYTHING it promised to be and more!! Pictures did not do justice to the view we were blessed by every minute of our trip! Whether we were Sharing a meal at the dining room table, chatting in the comfy living room, sitting on the provided beach chairs on the lawn or walking the beach at sunrise and sunset, all was done with the breathtaking back drop of the beach dunes, rolling waves, and picturesque Atlantic Ocean sights. It was the perfect setting for our college reunion getaway! Also plenty of dining and shopping options within easy, quick driving distance (Sunday Brunch at Water's Edge a MUST!!!). The home is beautiful, modern yet cozy, clean and well appointed! SO GLAD we found you! We will be SURE to be back!!!

PLace was amazing.. Exceptional clean and painting new.Hits: Umbrellas, should be a 10X 20 pop up in grilling area, we brought our own 10x10.Stairs a bit narrow. Stair cut-away in front of washer/dryer dangerous, we put a bench in front of opening. There should be a front porch for chairs and grill {which needs to be cleaned !!} Our granchildren had a great time determining who gets which bunk bed...... Thanks. Shef and Lee

Adult Family Getaway

I looked for a pet-friendly space on the water for a relaxed weekend. This turned out to be a perfect spot. We enjoyed the seawall, yard, beach, and the sandbar. The house was clean, beds were comfy, and we had everything we needed. A very quiet neighborhood. I also enjoyed driving through Essex and Old Saybrook. The admin was very responsive and helpful. Recommend!

Beach get away!

Being able to step out the back door and be on the beach was the best part of the house. For me I would need a bigger house with for 5 adults and 2 child. Also with that size would need TV in every room due the size. You could also look at it a different way...if you time was on the beach you would need a bigger house or TVs. If I had to do it all over again I would pick this house again.

House was small but perfectly laid out to accompany a family trip, with four bedrooms and a beautiful kitchen / living area. Loved the games and thoughtful touches everywhere. Home was immaculate and beachfront location was awesome.

Family beach weekend

We were comfortable in the very clean, air conditioned beautifully decorated house. Having the beach outside our door provided the beach experience I wanted for my grandchildren. Great Beach Location!

This house has a nice size backyard, patio for eating/grilling, and a huge beach that was never crowded. The house was very clean, comfortable beds and bedding. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, beach toys for the kids.
