"We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all...

"Cottage was lovely and quirky comfortable and warm, but there was a few issues, cobwebs in the bedroom table lamp in the lounge gave me an electric shock! Stairs outside need looking at as very worn out and not enough utensils pizza tray didn’t fit the small oven. The local Woodmancote pub was great for Sunday lunch and you get a 20% discount too."

"wow what a lovely property in such lovely settings with friendly owners and there daughter who was there to see everything was fine. property is spacious with lovely views. so handy to visit many places due to the A3 which u can hear a bit if outside but nothing that spoils the beauty of the location. there lots of wildlife like deer and owl if your looking for tapas as a meal then faustinos in Midhurst was lovely and such a wide choice there's supermarket within 10min drive would so stay again...

"Property was very clean and had everything that we needed. It did have two bedrooms which would be OK if you had two adults and two small kids. Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out. The location was great in Seaview, walking distance to the sea with some lovely eating places...

"We had a lovely few days at The Boat House. Interesting, well converted property that was well equipped with beautiful views across the fields (deer occasionally wandered through). Very quiet and peaceful in the charming village of Itchenor -ideal for coastal walks locally or to other interesting places -The Witterings, Chichester etc. Buddy, our cockapoo enjoyed his stay too! Would definitely stay again"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at York Street. This was a return visit as the house is perfectly located for Shepherds Marina. The house is spotless and has a lovely garden/ outdoor seating. With 2 good sized clean and modern bathrooms and 3 bedrooms plus sofa bed in living room makes it perfect for a crew of 6-8. The Island Holiday Company made booking and check-in very easy. We’ll be back next year!"

"This was my second weekend stay at Bell Cottage. First with family and now with friends. The cottage is within easy walking distance to shops, pubs and restaurants with amazing views of the sea. The cottage is furnished to a high standard with all the equipment that we may need. Bell Cottage is generally a lovely place to stay and hopefully there will be a third trip soon."
