The guests brought 2 service dogs and left them unattended in the cabin where they were on the beds (not in kennels) and barking continually. I'm sure they were scared. I found them this way and called the guests. They were not happy they were asked to come back to the cabin and take care of the pets hence the bad review. The sheets were clean, I made the beds and cleaned the cabin myself. Our property is service dog friendly but the rules are you do not leave them unattended. The guests were aware of this. The guest were scheduled for 2 nights, they stayed the one and threaten to sue me over the other nights fees. I did not ask them to leave they made the choice on their own. Left and then texted me they had left the property. This is an unfortunate situation as we are very responsive to all our guests, welcome service pets and make sure they are as comfortable as they would be in their own home. I'm sure you can tell by our other reviews.
