Trip to West Yellowstone

We had a great time at the Lazy Fox! Very cozy beds and a nice atmosphere in the Winter! We will come back for sure!

Great location to explore Yellowstone area

The house is well located and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We drove around the West Yellowstone area and went into Yellowstone NP easily and quickly. We would rent this home again.

Comfy and relaxing...home away from home.

We loved this cabin home in the woods! Plenty of room for kids and adults to relax, play, eat and sleep. Loved all the windows! Great kitchen.

Cozy Lazy Acres

A perfect place to stay. With snow about 5’ deep everywhere but the streets and roads, this was a unique experience, but beautiful. And the home is amazing and very comfortable with everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Sweet retreat

Great Stay

Great stay. Wonderful place where we saw elk daily and even a fox one day. 5 stars. The only thing I would look to improve would be to add some chairs on the deck

Perfect home to return to after a long day of exploring. Temperatures are cooler at night but central air or ceiling fans would be helpful.

Beautiful cabin

Our family stayed here 3 nights while exploring Yellowstone. It was a gorgeous property. Very clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. We saw deer out the window and enjoyed the rodeo right down the street. It was perfect!

Loved The Lazy Fox Cabin

My wife and I had a great stay at the Lazy Fox cabin near West Yellowstone. It was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. Communication was excellent. Check-in was easy. Nice, quiet neighborhood a reasonable distance from West Yellowstone and the park. Great tech, plenty of instructions and materials for recreating.

Great Place to stay!

It was a great place to stay, overall. We will definitely try to come back another winter. The kids enjoyed having their space and all the snow they wanted to pay with on the ground. The kitchen was great and the living space was, also. The roads to West seemed to be well kept, also.

Easy Stay and Great Location

Right off the highway and the property was just as listed. Had no problems the whole stay and for the location (is technically in a community of houses if you look on the map) was still on its own enough that you still got to enjoy the nature. Glad we stayed here vs in town. We came during the winter and the road was plowed and maintained where we didn’t have to worry about getting to/from. We traveled from the south where we don’t get snow so that was a big concern as other out of town properties would not guarantee this

Perfect for our family

We stayed in this fabulous house for 2 nights and then moved to a place in Yellowstone. We regret ever moving! Our entire family had plenty of space. This house was clean. We were able to cook our own meals. It was convenient and a short drive to Yellowstone. We wish we would have continued our vacation staying in this home.

Yellowstone cabin

This property is exceptional!! There was so much snow we could only see snow in the windows!! We booked this for Easter meeting our kids 1/2 way from Utah.. It is so rustic and so inviting. The location is beautiful and close to town. The host got back to us so quickly with every question. Everything was in working order and easy to use. We loved everything about it!!

Great time at Lazy Fox

The Lazy Fox property provided a convenient and comfortable location for our family to stay during our trip to Yellowstone. The 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms were spacious and provided everything that we needed, and the kitchen was well stocked with spices, oils, and all other cooking essentials. Being able to use the two-car garage was great, and the easy 7 mile drive from the house to Yellowstone was terrific. The property management company was very helpful and responsive to all our requests, even when we we called about a small leak in the roof during one of the rain storms we experienced. I would definitely recommend this location for a family vacation to Yellowstone.

Nice house just outside West Yellowstone

This property is set in a quiet community a few miles outside West Yellowstone, just off the highway and a short drive down a gravel road. The photo of the outside of the property was taken a few years ago; the exterior has weathered a bit now and the trees are considerably larger now at the front. The interior photographs are accurate and it is a comfortable property with good quality furnishings and appliances. The lighting is good. The back deck is showing it's age, as is the picnic bench. While generally clean, there were some housekeeping failures in the kitchen and laundry area.

Great cabin

This is really one of the best equipped rentals we've ever experienced. It was clean, furniture was attractive and in good repair. It had a lot of "necessities" supplied that are never in rentals like salt and coffee filters. I'm sure they were left by prior renters, but the cleaning people left them so it was our discretion to use them or not. Our only potential complaints were that we did not see wildlife (except birds) and the outdoor furniture was covered in pollen. I'm sure keeping the outdoor furniture and grill clean is an impossible task since our black car turned green sitting in the driveway our first night. I've never seen so much pollen. I would stay here again or at any of their properties.

The house was beautiful and clean. We cooked at least one meal everyday and the kitchen had everything we needed. The proximity to Yellowstone National Park and downtown West Yellowstone was perfect. The management company was responsive when we had a need and it was met quickly. The beds were comfortable and there was a beautiful yard for my 2 year old grandson to play in. The only suggestions I would have to improve this property would be more outdoor seating as the wooden table needs replacing and more forks in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this property.

Nice House

We used this house as our base home to see Yellowstone over a 5 day period. Located just outside of West Yellowstone. Close enough to run into town. But in a quiet neighborhood.

Comfy stay!

Thank you for our stay at the Lazy Fox! The place is lovely, quiet, with all the amenities and super comfy beds. The location is great! We only had one issue: the second shower drains very slowly. But if you're staying in paradise, where deer walk right up to the windows, what is there to complain about?

Lazy Fox 🦊 Amazing!!

We had a spectacular time. Very close to Yellowstone and the little town was charming. We saw the fox (twice) and a kit (baby) as well. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. Mary is top notch when it comes to hosts. Can’t wait for my family to go. Highly recommended👍🏻 The Jackson’s (Texas) & The Estrada’s (California)
