Super close to Yellowstone

This is a wonderful place to stay! This property is less than 10 minutes from the West entry gate of Yellowstone National Park. The accommodations are spacious and contemporary. Our kids enjoyed using the indoor pool, game room, and outside play area after our park visits each day.

Yellowstone - Grand Tetons Home Base

Property and amenities were as described. Very convenient location as a home base for Yellowstone/Grand Tetons and closed to restaurants. It was a little warm and stuffy in the unit without an air conditioner. We had to open the windows a little each evening to cool down the unit. Also, the trash can and bags were very small and would not hold much garbage. Other than the above, very nice propertiy.

GREAT location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We traveled as 4 adults with our main objective being visiting Yellowstone. The property was just as advertised. Check-in was a breeze and the staff gave great suggestions for places to eat and drink while in Jackson. The location was perfect as it was a very short distance to the West entrance of Yellowstone National Park, directly across the street from the Grizzly and Wolf discovery center and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Jackson but was within walking distance. We will definitely return to this property if we visit the area again and highly suggest it.

Yellowstone National Park visit

Due to our host selling this property we had no contact with anyone after April and no one to contact with questions during our stay. We were not notified that the pool was under construction for the entire 2021 season and had two very unhappy kids.

This condo was absolutely perfect!

This property was in a perfect location, walking distance to the main strip of West Yellowstone and minutes away from the west entrance of the park. Heidi was a fantastic host and was very responsive. The condo itself was wonderful, very clean and the beds were comfy. We will absolutely be back.

West Yellowstone Worldmark is the place to be.

Our two bedroom condo with balcony and full kitchen was a hit with this family. It is a beautiful, well-equipped property and employs a very friendly staff to give us anything we needed. We visited the Grizzly and Wolf center and IMax across the street...two must visits. The entrance to Yellowstone was a few blocks away and very convenient to Yellowstone attractions. We missed the pool, but had plenty of other things to do. Thank you for making our visit so perfect!

Extremely disappointed and substandard

Walked in the unit and the smell was horrible- it was obvious people smoked in the unit previously. The ceiling fan in the family room did not work, which should have been checked. An edge of the carpet was torn off bordering the kitchen and the tackboard holding the carpet was exposed. Apparently the carpet was wet underneath, as evidenced by the swollen wood of the tackboard which contributed to the odor of the unit. We were told the property was sold out so there was no option of another unit. Maintenance came and fixed the fan but did nothing about the exposed tackboard and nails. I actually cut my foot from one of the nails during our stay. I wrote to the property manager and received no response. For the amount of money I spent on the property, this was substandard and apparently they do not care as evidenced by their lack of response.

Convenient for Yellowstone park

Location was perfect for our Yellowstone Trip. The info on check out was inaccurate. It was 11am but when we got there they said 10 am which is a big difference when having a toddler. We stayed on the first floor and the people above us where so so loud until like midnight and up at 6am. Called the front desk to complain and it did get better. Parking was great too.
