Es un lugar bonito y bastante limpio. Lo que no me gusto es que no te ofrecian ningun servicio. No habia casi personal. El desayuno te especificaban que era frio y grab and go, pero fue algo miserable. Y cada dia cambiaban de horario. Todo era supuestamente debido al Covid-19, pero si el hotel esta con bastantes personas alojadas, creo que la administracion del hotel debe brindar un mejor servicio, especialmente en el desayuno, ya que lo ofrecen en el precio de la habitacion. No fue una muy buena experiencia y creo que la administracion debe mejorar y evaluar mejir sus servicios para las temporadas que se aproximan.

Unfortunately my room didn’t have a refrigerator like it said online I have to request one and the Manager went to another room to see if was one available because NOT ALL OF THE ROOMS HACE ONE. That’s very bad. Then THE POOL WAS CLOSED BECAUSE THEY EANT TO DO MAINTENANCE REALLY ON A WEEKEND WERE YOU GO TI ENJOY NOT GOOD VERY DISSAPOINTED.

The room we had was clean. The hotel in all was clean the pool nice. Cons- Breakfast was mid... The room had no closet but had hangers in the draw. The handle of the bathroom door was broken when we got in and the toilet you can tell was replaced but not securely set so it moved when you sat down. I felt safe and it was clean but average.

very convenient location on Rte 28. Room was clean and the rate was very good. Did not dine at the restaurant or use their facilities. Breakfast was not great and the front desk check in woman could be friendly or nice. She didn't say almost anything during check in...was very odd.

Morning breakfast was frozen.. all there pancakes and egg weren’t cooked all the way. The bed sheets felt like sand material. Wasn’t comfortable. But the customer service was great

I preferred the prior restaurant, more variety for the average person. Sorry, but not everybody likes Indian food. Maybe an acquired taste. Just being me.

I checked in and asked if our room could be closer to the lobby/elevator as my husband has mobility issues. The room we were assigned was accessible by stairs or a long walk from the elevator. I was told I could be “upgraded “ for an additional fee. FYI the parking lot was almost empty. There appeared to be plenty of rooms either on the first floor or in the main building. Very disappointed at this lack of service and compassion.

This hotel is only a few years old, and looks pretty nice from the outside. My family was without heat/hot water while our furnace was being replaced, so we decided to stay down the road at this property. While the building looks pretty nice and new, it was very dirty and falling apart inside. There was hallway carpet that was being held together by duct tape and the carpet and furniture in our room were badly stained. It's a cheap hotel, so I didn't really care. Then the TV in our room wouldn't turn on. Then the bathtub would not drain - at all. After two of us took quick showers, the tub was almost full. Finally, we just decided to go home and tough it out in our home without heat. I was very disappointed. For being a newer property, I'm a bit shocked at how filthy it was. When I checked out 2 hours after checking in and told the front desk attendant that our bathtub wouldn't drain, she just stared at me blankly. I will say, the Indian restaurant in the lobby is amazing. I would never stay at this hotel again - but I will definitely be back for for the Indian food at Keshar. Their food and service are A .

I booked this room for my father due to the storm he lost electricity he is elderly and requires a wheel chair. The hotel was not plowed and the wheel chair ramp was not clear. The young girl who worked at the front desk was very nice but I had to shovel the ramp for 30 mins to get him inside the building. Then the handicapped accessible rom was to narrow to get his chair near the bed. Again the receptionist was trying her best but it was a very difficult check in and stay.

Very clean, comfortable bed. It could have been great, but walls are so thin you can hear the person in the next room having conversations. It was like they were in the room with you and also the slamming of the doors. Anytime someone came in or out they’d let the door slam. I guess in that regard it was just no consideration of other guests. I’m sure it’s a safety feature to make sure the doors close.

Great New Year weekend!
Great property, staff and amenities. The toilet in my room didn’t flush, even after a visit from the maintenance person on duty. Luckily, there was a bathroom in the lobby. I enjoyed the pool, and the restaurant was quite popular, as the food was great if you like Indian cuisine. Would definitely recommend.

Good, clean, central location
After waiting a few minutes for a front desk clerk, I called the phone number posted at the desk, at which point 2 men came to check me in. Room was clean and updated. In the morning, my keys did not work; the desk clerk had to rekey them. Check out was very smooth.

Room was okay. Some cobwebs in corners, the air conditioner/heater was unplugged on first entry, and the bath tub wasn't sealed or seated so it creaked and shifted. Heard good things about the restaurant there but I got in too late to try it out. Bed was comfortable enough though, and the check-in process was smooth. There are better options in the area, but there are worse as well. Check the other reviews for a better idea, I'd say

This was our second stay at this property. This property is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and activities around the Yarmouth/ Hyannis area. Sadly although our room was neat and clean, the room overall could use a refresh. The wall paper was peeling, the carpet was fraying at the edge near the tile in the entry way, the tub didn't drain and we stood in 2 in deep water every shower, plus one of the tiles in the shower was cracked.
