"Everything was incredibly clean, the rooms were spacious, well appointed, and very comfortable, and we really felt like we were at home. The back patio and man cave were special treats and wonderful places to relax. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it was nice to interact with neighbors who are friendly. "Summertime girls weekend getaway to Holiday Valley/Ellicottville. We adored the little town and all there is to do in the area. The townhome is in a great location, close to everything. Host very responsive. Beautiful unit with all of the necessary amenities. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of sleeping space. The only drawback was no AC. Was a bit uncomfortable but manageable with some fans. The lower level bedrooms were cool enough but a bit musty probably from all the recent rain. Overall a...

"Beautiful home and setting. We stayed with our dogs and a group of friends for 4 nights in early August and everyone enjoyed this home as a base for exploring the EVL area. And at the end of the day we loved relaxing together on the covered deck or around the fire pit. "
