"Very nice chalet indeed. I was only there for one night as i was working in the hospital. And sadly didn't get much chance to look around the farm and animals. But the chalets are set in beautiful surroundings. Inside the chalets there is a small but functional kitchenette with fridge, microwave a plug in hob and all the utensils you could need. Also some breakfast cereals, milk and a loaf of bread which are complimentary. I received an email from Kerri explaining everything in the surrounding...

"stayed one night, what a great place, everything was perfect, very close to the beach, really quiet at night, the owners provided fresh milk, orange juice, and some crisps, biscuits, and cereal. Loved the beach decor in the room, if I am ever back in the area will stay again."

"We had a very comfortable stay in a twin room with a huge bathroom (no sea view). The room was clean and had everything we needed including a fan (although I had to clean it before use). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The Boat House is nice and close to the beach and both Ryde and Seaview are walkable. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice."

"Property was very clean and had everything that we needed. It did have two bedrooms which would be OK if you had two adults and two small kids. Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out.
The location was great in Seaview, walking distance to the sea with some lovely eating places...

"We had a lovely few days at The Boat House. Interesting, well converted property that was well equipped with beautiful views across the fields (deer occasionally wandered through). Very quiet and peaceful in the charming village of Itchenor -ideal for coastal walks locally or to other interesting places -The Witterings, Chichester etc. Buddy, our cockapoo enjoyed his stay too!
Would definitely stay again"
