"A little out of the way. Brand new as of 2026. They offered breakfast on Sunday morning of cold runny eggs, bacon, and a waffle maker. The dining area was large and comfortable. On Monday morning, no breakfast, which disrupted my plans. Everything in the room was fine. The pillows were overly soft. There was a refrigerator and freezer, hot stovetop and microwave. Everything was very new."

"I was only inside the property for 20 minutes, and that was enough for me to leave. First of all, the treatment at the reception was not good, but I had to give my room a chance. Big mistake! On the way to the room we found dirty hallways, the elevator had a very unpleasant smell, supposedly you couldn't smoke or use a vape, but the stench of marijuana was horrible. In the room, the sheets were dirty, the toilet didn't work, the cabinets were broken, they had never cleaned that, not to mention...

"Perfect location, terrible property. The historic nature of it is cool, but still disappointed by what we experienced here. Staff was decent, Mack the night attendant was the best. The chef who won them a couple Michelin Plates (stars for hotels) is no longer employed here, and they no longer offer dinner service at all. This is NOT a 5 star hotel for those who have stayed in one before. When I brought up our experience to the manager, he said “Well, we are not a self professed 5 star hotel”....
