"Cozy cottage on a busy road. Nice backyard for the dogs, and access to a beautiful property across the road with fields they could run in. Frank is a very responsive and thoughtful host. We were very comfortable in the main floor bedroom suite. "

We loved that we could bring our dog with us as well. It is on a main road, but we didn't find that to be a disturbance at all. I would definitely come back here again!!"

The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for.us and another couple to stay...kitchen had everything we needed! The home is a perfect distance from town as well as hiking trails and the outdoor firepit atea is a perfect way to unwind after a busy day exploring the area!We will def book this again!"

"Property is gorgeous, comfortable, and in nature. There were deer on the front lawn and we even saw beers passing by behind. Amazing! We were there through some bad weather and the house was cosy and warm - and prepped for our comfort on arrival which made all the difference.We spent a day hiking in Minnewaska Nature Park which was beautiful and just down the road."

"The house is nice and clean and very convenient to get to from the heart of New Paltz. The kitchen isn't very equipped for cooking, but there are plenty of dishes and coffee cups. The upstairs art is pretty uncomfortable and my teenage sons were creeped out by it all. The Hosts are super nice and very responsive. Thank you for a good stay. "
