"Plenty of room for the extended family. The dogs loved the huge, fenced in back yard. Great dock, with plenty of room for our boat and 2 wave runners, plus plenty of room for laying out, swimming ect.. The host was an excellent communicator and addressed ever question we had. "

"The cabin was amazing; very clean with everything we needed for our brief stay. A great re-model by the owners. Close to the Sipsey Wilderness/Bankhead National Forest where we enjoyed hiking. We fished off the dock at the cabin and enjoyed the beautiful view of Smith Lake, one of our favorite places to be. Near Chef Troy's Talk of the Town restaurant, very good food and service. Just a suggestion for the owners-you may want to mention the driveway being very steep and rutted. We were in a 4x4...

"This home is cozy and has a great view to relax and enjoy nature. We came to Cullman for Rock the South and this was a convenient location and a nice place to relax and unwind. Bring your kayaks boats and jet ski as there is a dock ready to use. You may want to check water levels and such. Lewis Smith Lake is a nice lake !!! When I reached out to the host, they replied promptly we will recommend and stay again !"

"We will always remember our trip to Smith Lake with our children and their fiancés. We were able to use the charcoal grill for several of our meals. We all enjoyed a trip in the canoe , some flipped over on purpose. The house was well supplied with extra's. There is plenty of seating outside the home for some relaxation. As a therapist, I was happy to see a ramp from the parking spot around the home to get into the cabin for some people that have trouble navigating steps. Beautiful...

"Beautiful, spacious home with amazing lake views! My family truly enjoyed our stay at Pittman Rock. The house was super clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed to make all meals, which was a plus considering not too many places DoorDash to the area. The only downside, in my opinion, is the steep driveway and gravel road leading to/from the property. Otherwise, everything was perfect!"
