Great host, needs a new cleaning crew

The host was great, easily reachable by phone, courteous and gave us a late check-out. The property has a comfortable layout where everyone in our 7-member party had plenty of room to play games or visit in groups. The kitchen is well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the pool (although freezing in March) was a great little treat. Cleanliness is an issue which I'll blame his cleaning crew for. The bathtub had hair all over it, the pool settled dirt and debris which should have been skimmed out before we arrived. There was a nice-sized working microwave but when we accidentally opened the broken one, there was a moldy potato in there and an old KFC meal. I feel sure Rashad will fix these cleaning bumps, and I would recommend this property because of its nice size, comfortable living spaces, pool and very cooperative and responsive host.

Bait and Switch - Never Again

I am appalled at how this house was misrepresented paired with the treatment I received when attempting to address the identified issues: (1) The pool had no filtration system (a known issue not reported until we arrived - “Unfortunately, pool needed to have major repairs; we are planning to do in near future”), (2) there were fire ant mounds surrounding the pool deck (also known and supposedly ‘treated’); however, we were unable to use the back yard due to the conditions, (3) the water in the house WREAKED of sulphur able to be smelled 20ft down the hall from the master bathroom when the tub was in use - I was told there was a brand new system, but not one person came until the day we left when it was confirmed by maintenance the system was malfunctioning and we we asked if anyone got sick, (4) the cleaners left items from previous tenants throughout the house including used bath soap/shampoo/conditioner in the shower, (5) the pool deck is filthy - spider webs, green fungus - nothing like the pictures, (6) there were dirty sheets on one of the guest bedrooms with a stain - this stain was known by maintenance and still the sheets were put back on, (7) the dishwasher broke - also told to live with this, (6) items within the house were not maintenanced appropriately including: the only plunger in the house broke upon attempting to de-clog the toilet, the top of a lamp toppled to the floor when attempting to turn it on, the bristles of the BBQ scraper were falling off into the BBQ, and the propane tank was almost empty. I contacted the property manager on day one about the issues - he addressed #6 and that was it. To top it off, the property manager told me I was demanding for desiring to have the house I rented as opposed to the house that became a bait and switch operation. To add insult to injury, as compensation, we were offered a $200 to $300 (no commitment to either amount) VRBO voucher for our next stay. I tried to follow the proper procedure - contacting the property manager, the maintenance manager, the property owner and VRBO. We even left the place in better shape when we left because that is who we are as renters. This was a HORRIBLE experience and I will never rent this way again. What a terrible way to start a vacation you spend a year saving for - don’t waste your money or your time.

Nice house fully equipped!

Pleasant surprises included bottled water, hand soap in all baths, plenty of toilet paper, towels etc. The only downside is the pool area isn’t very clean and is not heated which was my fault for not checking first.

Fabulous Family Gathering

We stayed at this beautiful home to visit family in the Wellington area and was so delighted with all the space this home has to offer. It was close to everything we needed to attend and were very comfortable at this property.

Awesome Property, Family was so happy.

I must say from the starting dealing with Rashid was a great experience. The property is well kept, clean and very spacious. we were there from July 7th to the 11th 2022 and had a great time. Unfortunately we did not spend all our time there as we were visiting for an Indian wedding. One thing my kids noticed it there's some ants in and around the home, and they freaked out lol. but they're scared of a butterfly :). overall very nice home. we enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful retreat

Mr. Rashid’s home is exactly as advertised. It’s warm and inviting with spacious room to relax and unwind in classic elegance. This is a hidden gem in the acreage and we look forward staying again soon!

Great house!

We loved this house! The space was exactly the size we needed for our group. The beds were very comfortable, and the house is beautifully decorated. The pool is lovely (although we didn't use it) and it was so peaceful sitting in the covered patio beside it. The property manager was extremely responsive! Whenever I had a question, he responded within an hour or two. My only issue was one they are fixing, and that is the water system was somehow not functioning properly. There was a strong odor from the water using fixtures. Rashid responded to alleviate the problem, although it did persist. But I know they had plans to fix whatever caused it, and it would not be a deterrent to renting this house again in the future! We hope to return to the West Palm area and that we would be able to rent this house again!

Spacious and clean!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the ample space for us all. Our group was 8 adults and we had lots of space to lounge, enjoy the pool, cook some meals and store all of our belongings. The bedrooms are also very big and well set up - nobody had to ‘fight’ for the good room. The house came with the basic cooking supplies and spices which was an added bonus! We would have given this place a 5-star rating on the location if it had been a tiny bit closer to the grocery store (but even at that it was only a 15 minute drive each way). Overall, a great and comfortable stay!

Amazing house

Couldn’t have been better. We had a great time at this place. The location was great. The house was fantastic and beautiful! The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. Would absolutely recommend to stay there!
