The only thing that I have is feedback as it would be nice to have some coffee for the day you arrive and some to go coffee cups as well as some steak knives otherwise everything was amazing

We had a very positive experience. The house is comfortable, well stocked, clean, and bright. And the location is excellent. The pool was clean and well maintained, and the property feels private and quiet even though it’s in a densely occupied neighborhood. It was nice to feel like we were in a quiet little oasis while sitting by the pool. You will hear the train at night, but that really did not bother us. The bathrooms are new and updated. Also- the beds are really comfortable!! Overall, it was a very positive experience and we would definitely come back!

I don't even know how to write a review that is glowing enough for this property, but I will try. The house is impeccable, and the pictures do not do it justice. It is stocked with everything you could dream of. And you know how some VRBOs just seem a little off, this did not. The whole place felt like it was brand new, from the linens, beds, the kitchen, and the pool. We had 5 grown women stay at the house for a quick girl's getaway and could not have been more comfortable. The host provided outstanding communication before and throughout the stay. It's easy walking distance to City Place and Clematis Street and all the restaurants. Best location in quiet neighborhood. They also cranked the pool heat for us (it's November and was bit chilly out, but we were able to be in the pool the entire weekend THANK YOU!!). This is the place to stay in WPB.

Beautiful home!!

The home is beautifully decorated and very clean. The house was stocked with all the essentials. We enjoyed having the bikes to go to Hive which is very close. The pool was the highlight of our stay, clean with plenty of seating, umbrellas and floats. A true gem.

The Perfect Home Away From Home!

The property is brand new, so clean and has all the modern amenities. Having a heated pool in January was an amazing perk too. I highly recommend this place especially for a large group. The main parlor and open kitchen makes it perfect for everyone to gather. Also the management team responded immediately with any of our questions. Also location is in walking distance or short drive to downtown and beach. I looked at many of the nearby properties and Sunshine Villa outshined them all!!

Beautiful, well appointed rental in ideal location

We loved our stay in WPB at this gorgeous home. The home was incredibly well appointed with beautiful furniture and a nice layout. The guest house was ideal for us and the pool was perfect! In addition to the house itself, the location was ideal - walking distance to City Place and the Brightline Station and we biked to Palm Beach and Worth Avenue. The management company for the home was also very responsive and friendly. They very quickly replied to our requests and solved the one issue we had (a tv in the guest house was not connected to the tv service) promptly and professionally. We would highly recommend this fantastic rental and we will definitely return! Thank you for the ideal place to enjoy WPB and surrounding area.

Five Star Property

Great location, newly built property just minutes to Palm Beach. Everything you’d expect from a luxury rental. You are in the flight path of the airport and the train tracks are right there, but it didn’t bother us at all. My only criticism was the dining room table which only seats six and has a (noisy) glass top. Clearly an outdoor table which was likely a last minute substitution, wouldn’t be surprised if they don't swap it out. Will come back and rent this property again.

CUTE!

The house was in a great area, near restaurants and shopping. We were at an event at the convention center and were thrilled that it was just as fast and easier to walk from the house than to park in the parking garage. The house was nice and clean and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Fabulous house!

It was even better than the pictures! Well appointed and perfect layout for our group of 4 couples. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The rental company was extremely responsive and helpful. It was an easy walk to the intercoastal and an easy ride over to Palm Beach where the wedding we were attending was. We would definitely book this home again.

Girls Weekend

The LOVELY SUNSHINE HOUSE

This is the loveliest home we have ever stayed in. No one wanted to leave! Amazingly situated in the prettiest neighborhood in a strategic stretch of West Palm Beach, surrounded by lovely palms and hedges, you feel nestled in luxury. Not far from the beach, the alluring and peaceful and pristine home was large, comfy, yet elegant and afforded the most quiet rooms with heavenly beds of comfort. Perfectly maintained, the yellow bungalow home has everything you need, especially for a coffee lover and someone who likes to keep there things in order on vacation. As soon as you enter the home you are taken aback by its understated beauty. Fortunately ever detail is considered from the very new and quiet washer and dryer, iron and ironing board to the magnifying mirrors that help when you least expect it. The large closets are handy if you come for events that you need proper attire for. The bathrooms are all gorgeous and stocked with plenty of shampoo, lotion and lush towels. The home smells beautifully. The pool is the perfect size and just the right amount of lounges and chairs to afford a delightful time with friends and family. A+++ PERFECTION

Beautiful, comfortable and walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping

The house was recently renovated and beautifully appointed with high end appliances, furniture, bedding, etc. Our group of 8 adults was very comfortable. Of the 3 houses in the vicinity my extended family had rented, Sunshine Villa was the nicest. I was concerned on arrival due to the proximity of the railroad tracks, but at night the trains run more slowly and without horns. We werent bothered by them at all.

We had a great time at this house! bright, clean, organized and fun- the casita in the backyard was great for my folks and there was plenty of room to hang out and lounge around. The pool is perfect and the hosts provide everything you need!

Merveilleux séjour!

La maison correspondait totalement à nos attentes! Située dans un quartier calme, à proximité du centre-ville. La maison est très spacieuse et bien équipée pour les grands groupes. Nous avons adoré notre séjour!

Property was in immaculate condition upon arrival. First morning.. We found small ants that came from front door to counter tried handling on our own couldnt . Called management immed came out and handled perfectly. Would stay again in a heartbeat.. location, bike use, pool condition and casita five star..

Local Gem

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sunshine house! The perfect location for our stay and we were able to walk to convention center for our business trip within 5 minutes! The guest house was wonderful and would be perfect for a second family, but the main house was big enough for our small group. The home was beautifully decorated and had a West Palm Beach vibe that we really enjoyed. The kitchen was full of amazing appliances and had basic spices and supplies to use which was very nice. Everything was above and beyond compared to other homes we have rented. This owner has made a priority to make their guests feel welcomed. We will definitely stay here every time we are in town. I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the pool, it was so warm and we enjoyed perfect weather during our trip! The garage has two bikes to use and pool noodles, beach towels for guests as well as laundry soap for doing a load of wash. All amazing thoughts that go a long way to feel at home! Thank you! for a great trip!
