Stay for Employees during Boat Show in Palm Beach

I booked this home for my Team on the West Coast for the Palm Beach International Boat Show and they absolutely loved it! It was super clean and spacious and my Team had no complaints. THANK YOU!

Spring Training Getaway

Nice place to stay in a nice little area on the edge of some really nice neighborhoods. For the last 15 years I have stayed at a house in Abacoa or on Juno Beach so this was a different experience all together and a little risky being unfamiliar with this area but it worked out just fine. Pool was too cold to get in the last week of February but the house had everything we needed except possibly a bigger cooler for day trips and the cleaning crew left lots of other people hair in the shower door track systems but other than that a great place to stay. I would recommend!!

Terrible Customer Service

we stayed for 10 days, from Day 1 the pool would not filter and was totally dirty and full of bugs, The gas grille did not work. I called customer service every day and they were supposed to take care of it. They never did, they offered me a $162 credit which was totally unacceptable. I would NOT recommend the place. Ralph P.

it was just the wife and i so we jad tons of room . nighbir hood was also quiet.

washing machine spins outta balance . could wash much because it would tilt fault out spinning. and the sprinkler/ smoke alarm control box every afternoon would sound alarms . i build hotels and had a sprinkler control box key in my set in truck . i left the key in the lock on panel box . the alarm read back up battery . ps battery is setting box not hooked up no biggy tho . just hit silence button . again i left my key for access.thanks .

Needed to have my family together

I tried to find a 5-bedroom house where my children and grandchildren could be together during the sad occasion of my mother's death and funeral. This property misrepresented itself not showing a broken dishwasher that was not attached and came out of the wall. There were blood spots on walls close to a bathroom. No lock on the bathroom door. My son and pregnant daughter-in-law had to get a hotel room because the bed in one room was like cardboard on springs and the closet was not functional. Industrial fire alarm boxes were throughout the house with pipes and sprinkler heads that littered the ceiling. The ceiling had been fixed in several spots and the paint was different making it look terrible throughout the house. Hanging lights in the kitchen were tied together. There was lighter fluid left in the sun in the yard and wires were exposed throughout the backyard. Very dangerous. This house was a total misrepresentation online and does not deserve to be on the VRBO site. I am so disappointed and so sad that this emotional time for my family was made worse because we did not have adequate lodging to rest.

Small disappointments

I had seen a few bad reviews about this property after I booked and was worried. However I didn’t have any issues with the house not being cleaned or ready. I have no complaints there. Cute little, roomy house, it was cozy enough. I had one small annoyance and a few suggestions more than complaints. The rooms are all pretty decent size, so there is no reason for them not to have proper storage for belongings. The master suite had no dresser. There is a closet but obviously you can’t hang every item. This to me was an inconvenience. 2 other rooms didn’t have proper places to unpack either. Second… if furniture is broken, get rid of it! 2 chairs in the master were broken. The bed in the double queen room was broken ( still usable) but broken none the less. This is a little thing that could be handled to improve the house. The pool was nice and clean. We didn’t use it because it was to cold but it was Feb so it is what it is… the ocean was warmer so we went there. The back yard could be beautiful. There is a really nice area with a fire pit and table. However around the perimeter of the yard there was a lot of trash and junk left around. If someone’s kid gets hurt on the stuff it might be bad. But even just for appearance, clean it up! Those were my biggest issues, not even complaints just suggestions. With a small amount of effort and a few small things this could have been even better!
