Please note that this property consists of two apartments, and this listing is specifically for the front apartment. You'll have exclusive access to the front apartment and a beautiful outdoor patio with lawn and lounge chairs solely for your enjoyment.

To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file.
Please note that the cardholder named on the reservation must be present at check-in and take a quick selfie with their ID in front of the property before we can release the entry code.
