Two cozy bedrooms with 3 beds total accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. One full bathroom is immaculately clean and stocked with premium amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer, and plush towels. A Pack 'n Play/travel crib is available upon request, making this perfect for families with infants.

KITCHEN & DINING

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to full home-cooked meals. You'll find stainless steel appliances, a gas stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, and blender. A spacious dining table seats 4 guests for shared meals and conversation. All cookware, glassware, wine glasses, baking sheets, and barbecue utensils are provided. A high chair with padding is available upon request for families with young children.

CLEANLINESS & CARE

Professional cleaners thoroughly clean and sanitize the entire property to CDC guidelines before each arrival. Dishwasher pods and laundry detergent pods are provided. The property is inspected prior to each stay to ensure everything is perfect for your arrival. We ask that you make reasonable use of towels during your stay — we don't change them daily, but we do provide fresh ones at the start of your reservation.

Note: The property has a charming neighbor — a rooster who has a penchant for early morning "wake-up calls." A separate back home on the premises has a long-term tenant, but you'll have complete privacy in your designated backyard space.

Guests must be 21 years or older to book.

▶ Our professional cleaners make sure that all of our properties are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and are inspected prior to each stay to ensure safety.
▶ Dishwasher pods are provided.

TOWELS:
▶Make reasonable use of towels as we do not change towels daily. Keep them as clean as you would like to receive them. If the towels are stained, damaged or lost, you will be charged the cost of its replacement.

▶ Pets are permitted. Note, there is a $75- $200 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay. This is subject to change and is based on the number of pets and length of stay. The payment request will be sent during arrival date.

CAMERAS
▶ CAMERAS: We do have external surveillance & noise monitors at the home for everyone's safety. Security cameras are located around the outside of the home.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
▶ Goodwick Hosting will not be responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after checkout.

Heads-up: Our charming next-door neighbor happens to be an adorable rooster who loves to start the day with a bit of a "cookadoo" alarm clock performance in the early morning! We want to let you know in advance since, unfortunately, we don't have control over our feathery friend's morning routine.
Please note: there is a separate back home on the premises with a long-term tenant. (separated by fencing). You will have full privacy in the backyard space.

Please double-check the property before checkout to ensure you have all of your belongings. While we are not responsible for items left behind, we will do our best to assist with locating and returning found items when possible.
Guests are responsible for arranging and covering all shipping or pickup costs. Priority assistance is given to essential items such as passports, IDs, wallets, keys, medications, phones, laptops, and other valuable electronics.
Found items may be held for up to 14 days, subject to storage availability. Unclaimed items may be donated or discarded after this period. Please note that we cannot guarantee the recovery or return of lost items.
