The pool was great! The home is older and interior shows and the washing machine doesn’t work quite right but it was a good for the quick trip I took. The owner was responsive. Neighborhood isn’t the best but the location is centrally located and desirable for that reason

Birthday getaway

We were visiting West Palm for a birthday celebration. We loved that this property was close to the science museum and the zoo and close to restaurants and supermarkets. This home is an older home needs some updating but very cozy. The owner Chris was very friendly and easy to communicate with our favorite part of this property was the backyard and the pool area!

Adorable Home in a Great Location – Would Definitely Return!

This home was absolutely charming — quaint, cozy, and beautifully located in a safe neighborhood that made it easy to get everywhere I needed. It had a lovely backyard with a pool, loungers, and a nice setup for relaxing outdoors. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely return.There were a few hiccups with the cleanliness upon arrival, but the owner was incredibly responsive and addressed the concerns quickly. It’s clear they care about their guests' experience. Once those issues were taken care of, the rest of the stay was really wonderful.I’m looking forward to hopefully staying here again next year and seeing some of the thoughtful improvements I know the owner is working on. This little gem has so much potential and heart — it just needs a little love.

Family Stay

This was an excellent property for our vacation. The pool was great day and night and was very clean as was the home. We were able to extend our stay an extra night. The only thing we had problems with was the neighbors dog barking. We would definitely rent again

Home away from home

Everything thing was tidy and the beds were comfy. The light for dining area didn’t work. And the dryer needed to be ran 3x. But other than that the pool and yard were encoring. The neighbor had a dog that liked to wake us up about six or 7 AM. He was just a little guy didn’t bother me too much. I would totally stay here again

We had a great time. Our dog had a great time running and exploring in the yard. Quiet neighborhood and very charming. Had some concerns which were immediately addressed and handled by the host. Unfortunately, for us the weather did not permit for us to fully enjoy the heated pool but we hope to return again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Not like the photos

I went to West Palm for a work trip for training and the pool was not cleaned. It was green algae and there was a shower that was stopped up. The only thing I can say is the property manager did give us a refund for three days.

Great House, Great Host.

Great little house. Perfect for business travel and for the family to visit while I was on the road. Pool was amazing and the host was easy to work with. I extended my stay a few times with no issues. Overall would highly recommend.

Overall its a decent place great access to 95. The house wasnt bad but had some minor issues. One bathroom door stuck, front door needs lifted up on to close, couple of blinds were broke washer only worked if put on light and dryer didn'tdry very well. But beds were comfortable place was clean plenty of dishes and silverware. Backyard did have some animal poop by pool think it was an iguana. But also looked like previous people did clean up trash or grill. Overall i give it 4 stars but just needs some minor things.

Nice stay

The place is in a good location and just minutes from the Southern Blvd exit on 95 which was very convenient for us. The place was nice and clean and had EVERYTHING you would need in the galley type kitchen area! Nice pots and pans in every size! I loved the back Florida room and being an artist had a lovely table area to work at when I was painting. The heated pool was delightful and there were very comfortable chaise lounges out back. We liked the privacy the yard afforded us with the tall shrubs all around. We were surprised when we walked back there to find the grass was actually Astro turf, yet found that it was hardly buggy at all the whole time we were there probably because of it! I felt I needed more light in order to paint at night and Chris told me to find a light that I wanted on Amazon and then ordered it for me which was very much appreciated! The ceiling fan in the bedroom wasn’t working and he sent his maintenance man over w/in days to install a new one for us! The beds were very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep the 42 days we were there! The only thing we wouldn’t highly rate was the living room furniture which we found was quite low and not comfortable at all. If he replaced that it would have been a perfect stay!

Private pool west palm

Overall, the property was nice. We really took advantage and loved the pool and patio area. The location is walking distance to the zoo and aquarium which is very nice with kids. The property however did have A LOT of spider webs with crab spiders on the front of the house as well as in the patio area. The electrical work on the bedroom prevents you from being able to turn on the fan at night with the lights off and the bath tub needs some attention due to rust/corrosion.
