Amazing stay!!! This house had everything you needed and was close to many restaurants and beaches! The pool was great - Kevin was wonderful and greeted us at check-in! I planned my friend’s bachelorette here and everyone had a fabulous time!

Beautiful Property

Our family loved our stay at this beautiful property! We were welcomed with a nice snack and drink basket on the kitchen table and The home really had everything we needed including stuff to go to the beach! We would definitely stay at this property again in the future!

WOW FACTOR

What a GREAT house! Truly has it all! Kevin met us at check in and gave us a detailed tour, making sure we knew all the nuances of the house ie light switches, door locks, elevator, beach supplies, hot tub etc. They were flexible with an early check in since our flights arrived before the typical check in. The house truly has everything you could ever need and then some. The pool is bigger than I imagined and gets sun until late in the day so you can enjoy it! I planned a bachelorette here and we had the best time! Having dinner on the rooftop is a must! Super close to everywhere- 10 mins to the beach, Clematis, 15 to Palm beach. 10/10 would go back!!

Amazing property and owners!

I cannot say enough about this property and the owners! The place is beautiful and perfect for a group. Each bedroom is spacious and shared space is perfect for spending time together both outdoors and indoors! So many options for amenities available. The owners were extremely kind and communicative, starting with a personal welcome and tour! We had the best stay and highly recommend this experience!

A must stay in WPB!

We cannot recommend this home enough! It was hard to find a place to accommodate our group of 13 ladies, but I am so glad we found this home. It was the perfect amount of space, had all of the essentials you’d need, and was in a great location. Susan and Kevin were extremely easy to get in touch with and gave us a thorough tour of the home when we arrived. Only issue was you have to be cautious about noise. The neighbor behind the house is too “sensitive” to noise in my opinion. We were extremely courteous during our stay and made very minimal noise, but at one point he got mad when we had a group cheer out back by the pool. If your group is noisy, I wouldn’t stay there.

Amazing Stay!

We had the most exquisite stay at the Kunkel property — truly a decadent experience from start to finish. The home perfectly blends luxurious comfort and eclectic style, with every detail thoughtfully curated. From the plush furnishings to the modern decor, each room offered something unique and memorable. The photos simply don’t do it justice, this place is even more stunning in person.What really set it apart were the thoughtful amenities: coffee and fridges in every room made mornings easy and evenings indulgent. The steam shower was an extra nice touch—a spa-like escape after a day of exploring. Kevin was a delight to communicate with—warm, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. Thank you, Kunkels, for creating such a sheik and unforgettable retreat. We can’t wait to return!

Awesome House!

This house was nothing short of amazing! With 12 women staying together, we never felt like it was too crowded. The elevator was a perk with not having to carry our luggage up and down the steps. The tour we received from Kevin upon check in was great to get the ins and outs before our stay. All the amenities that were included were awesome and we had a great time! I would definitely recommend this house to any large party staying in West Palm!

Beautiful property and awesome location

Property is as advertised. Great for groups and families. 10mins max to get to all the hot spots in the area. The pool out back is fantastic and there’s ample shade to keep you from getting toasted by the sun. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect weekend away

The property is beautiful, in a safe area and close to everything. The amenities provided were wonderful. They texted and were easy to communicate with. Pictures don’t do the spaces justice. So much room & convenient location to the airport, beaches, restaurants and bars. 10/10 recommend this house for your week or weekend away. It was just what we needed for our girls weekend!

100% wonderful property! Location, communication, accommodations, just everything. Every detail from coffee stations in every room, to golf clubs, tennis rackets, bikes, you name it, they have it. Wonderful host and would love to come back and highly recommend.

Big League Breather

We had an amazing, refreshing, luxurious stay at this beautiful home. Everything about our stay was Big League including communication from the owners, home amenities, cleanliness, location and accommodation. Ultra comfort is an understatement when it comes to this rental. Truly one of the best and when we venture to West Palm again this will be at the top of our choices to stay again. A+ experience.

Perfect Getaway

I stayed here with friends. The house has literally everything you can think of and more! The hosts are responsiveness and great! They left us a gift basket with fresh bread. They live in a carriage house next to the property, but we never ran into them. It is also in the perfect location to WPB and Palm Beach! Definitely would recommend!

Great week in WPB!

A one of a kind, amazing property with accommodating and gracious owners. We had an overall incredible experience: from the initial communications regarding our visit; to the owners' tour of the property; to the versatility of the house and beauty of the neighborhood; to the ease of the checkout process; every step made for an enjoyable stay! The house had EVERYTHING we could think of or want for our stay. Loved the thoughtfulness of having coffee machines in each bedroom, the use of the bikes and fishing poles kept the kids entertained, and the quiet pool and roof deck were a welcome sight at the end of a hectic day of baseball. In all, a very memorable and enjoyable stay!! THANK YOU!

Fabulous setting for Family Gathering

Wow! Everything about this house exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect setting for three generations of our family to gather to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. There was plenty of room for several families and all the kids. The house was beautiful, and the hosts struck the perfect balance between being attentive to our needs, but still giving us space and privacy. Everything we could have wanted was anticipated. The kitchen was well appointed, with all the equipment we needed to cook great meals. The pool was amazing and the hot tub on the roof was a great place to relax with a view. The kids loved the bikes in the garage for our use, complete with helmets for safety, along with everything needed for a day at the beach - chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, coolers, bags, and even a picnic basket. The elevator was very much appreciated by my 80 year old mother, giving her full access to the entire house. I cannot reccomment this place highly enough. If our travels ever bring us back to West Palm, this is the place to stay.

Beautiful house

This house looks even better in person then in pictures! House is spectacular and just steps away from water! Hosts were kind and let us check in early. This community does have strict noise rules, but it didn’t stop us from having a great time we just needed to make sure we were respectful of neighbors outside!
