We do not leave negative reviews lightly, but this stay was extremely disappointing and did not match the listing.The home advertises a “fully equipped kitchen,” which was simply not accurate. There was zero cabinet space available for guest food storage. We were six adults and spent over 500 on groceries for our stay, and there was nowhere to put anything. There were also very limited pots and pans — none large enough to cook for a group — and no basic cooking essentials (no oil, no seasonings, not even salt and pepper). This is not a functional kitchen for a home that claims to accommodate large groups.The shower water pressure was shockingly weak. It was nearly impossible to rinse shampoo or conditioner out, especially with long hair. The bathtub did not work at all, which was unacceptable as we specifically booked a home with a tub because we were traveling with two babies.There were visible holes in the wall in the arcade room. The backyard swing set was broken, and the slide had sharp cracks that felt unsafe for children. These are maintenance and safety issues that should be addressed immediately.The bedrooms have no dressers or drawers, so guests cannot unpack for a multi-day stay.The biggest issue was the neighboring property. Dogs are left outside and bark throughout the night. Roosters begin very early in the morning and continue during the day. None of us slept well.
