Beautiful Home w/ great Host!

Beautiful home, very clean & comfortable. Check in was a breeze, the host is very accommodating & always available for questions. Can’t beat the pool area overlooking the lake, beds are super comfy! I will be booking again very shortly!

Great stay !

This home is exactly what we were looking for and we were not disappointed. The three bedrooms, each with a full bath were perfect for our group of three couples. Although the weather was not as warm as we hoped, we still enjoyed sitting around the pool when the sun was out.Thie kitchen as well as the outdoor grill provided all we needed to make meals. Brian was an excellent host, who replied quickly to any questions, provided easy entry into the home, and made it simple for our last day there (no additional tasks to do prior to leaving)We will definitely consider staying here again should our travels bring us back to the area.

Our Easter Vacation stay

I communicated with Brian often and without any issues. He made sure that any and all of my requests were met and we were more than delighted upon our arrival! The house itself was clean, cozy and the rooms large and comfortable. The children who went with us were VERY excited to see and use the warm clean swimming pool. The neighborhood itself was very quiet and quant. We would definitely return again.

Family vacation.

This is the first time we have rented a home for our family vacation and I can truly say, we were more than pleased with our decision. The home was spacious, the bedrooms were well appointed and the bathrooms were very clean. Thank you Brian for answering our questions in a very timely manner and for stocking the home with all the necessary items needed to make our stay most dry pleasurable. Oh, and not to forget the pool and view that we all enjoyed every day! Thank you again.

Best vaca house!

This was our second stay here at this property and once again it was amazing! The house is clean with all the amenities you need, beach chairs and umbrellas for your trip to the beach, kitchen is stocked with necessities, amazing heated pool, I could go on and on. Brian, the owner, is very responsive, accommodating and friendly! The beach and airport were an easy 15 minute drive from the house. If you’re baseball fans like us, it was an easy 15 min drive to the stadium in West Palm. We absolutely loved our very relaxing stay again this year and plan to be come again next year. 10/10 recommend this property!

Wonderful pool and delightful view

The furniture was plentiful and comfortable, including in the living room, the dining room, under the covered deck and the deck chairs. The beds were all comfortable. Brian left us a nice bottle of wine. He provided hotel-type amenities and plentiful supplies of toilet paper and paper towel. There were lots of towels and they were all plush. The kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking meals. The grill was practically brand new.

Just the perfect place for our vacation

Perfect place within a lovely quiet community of Lake Clarke Shores. Owner Brian was very attentive to any questions we had and has the villa stocked with loads of amenities like toilet paper, hand towels, soap, cleaning products etc... The Villa is great value for money located right on the lake perfect for us looking for a relaxing time away and catch some fish from the bottom of the garden or just to chill out in the screened off patio with pool overlooking the lake and BBQ which we cooked on a few days and enjoying the view. The villa is spacious even though only the two of us but plenty room for all couples or families and has tons of storage too. Bed was comfy, great shower. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots pans plates cutlery and glasses. Brian sure has this villa well stocked. Location was good plenty of shops, restaurants or things to see and do within the vicinity. We love to fish every time we visit west palm beach area and always catch up with good friend of ours Capt Patrick from Swamp to Sea fishing charter who is local and very knowledgeable. Our stay seen 4th July fireworks all around us which was just fantastic!! We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and will be back in future. Thank you Brian for making our trip a great one.

Perfect family fun

My husband and I allowed each of our teenage daughters to bring a friend. The home provided plenty of space for all of us and had everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. The home was in close proximity to everything that we wanted to do. We went shopping, to the beach, to a spring training ball game, to the drive shack, snorkeling, and many nice waterfront dinners. Its a beautiful house, with a perfect location!

Great Experience

The property was very clean and the two master suites were perfect for our two couples. Enjoyed the heated pool and location to the things we had planned to do and see. The host was very good at communicating with us too! Would definitely go again.

Girls week away

We spent a week at this property for a girls week away. . It's not fancy and in our opinion is in need of a woman’s touch, but it was perfect for our last minute needs. We specifically wanted space to hang out with a pool and spacious yard. The pictures are exactly what the house has to offer. Rooms were comfortable, house was clean and pool was wonderful. House was definitely stocked with everything we needed. The home is in a residential development that is not walkable to anything but we did know that ahead of time. Location to PB and other areas was great. Brian, the owner was very responsive and helpful with everything we asked. The reason for a 4 out of five is only because of the location. Great house to rent.

Great Value

The house was perfect, Brian the owner / host could not have done more, great information and helpful in advance. The house was spotless, all kitchen appliances and cupboard - spotless. Linen and towels good quality and the beds were very comfortable, invested in good mattresses. The pool area was perfect and very clean with the covering over the pool and sitting area. New BBQ and spare gas bottle and new outdoor seating and table was excellent. All in all, perfect place in a greta location. Highly recommend.

Wonderful property and an amazing owner/manager!

From the moment I inquired about the property to the time I checked out, Brian was attentive and highly responsive, even on Thanksgiving Eve late at night! The house was truly fully stocked - I was worried about whether there would be enough bakeware, plates and such for me to prepare and serve Thanksgiving dinner but the house had everything I needed. Brian also provided good toiletries in each bathroom so that was extremely helpful for my guests who travelled in and forgot all their toiletries. The pool and the view were very nice - we enjoyed our time outside in the covered patio very much. Brian - thank you for being such a great host! I would recommend your place to everyone!

Best VRBO vacations

We are so happy and very please staying at Brian's property, we have so much fun at the pool, all my kids wants to stay longer, we have everything we need in this property, Brian was very nice with us, everything was so great! You need a good vacation? This is a super nice VRBO house to stay!!! We came all the way from Georgia and drove 7 hours for vacations, and we are thinking to come anytime soon..
