Get ready for the ultimate West Michigan getaway! Nestled on Lakeshore Dr between Holland, Grand Haven, and Grand Rapids, this incredible hillside home overlooks a stunning 6-acre pond. You'll enjoy your very own private heated indoor pool and sauna!

Our home is built for making memories. Lounge poolside on the front deck, cool off in the water, or challenge the family to pool, ping pong, and mini shuffleboard in the rec room. Our absolute favorite routine? Sharing a delicious meal together on the back deck while taking in the serene pond view.

We have 4 kayaks and a variety of life jackets, of all sizes, that must be used at all times when kayaking on the pond. Always respect the danger that bodies of water present.

We ask that you respect our neighbors with quiet time between 10pm & 8am. We love our neighbors, so make sure that when we return, we will get good reports about our guests! Thank you!

NOTE: As of December 2025, we have one exterior security camera facing the driveway, pointing away from the home, that is used during winter and spring months to monitor the weather for keeping the driveway safe for our guests. There are no other cameras or monitoring devices on the property nor in the home.

Other things to note:
Pool: We have two access doors to the poolroom - one from the outside and one from the inside lower level of the house. They are both locked and can only be entered with a four digit code. This security feature is in place to ensure children do not access the poolroom unless under supervision. We require that an adult serve as lifeguard when in the pool room. This person will not be swimming, but rather keeping watch over persons in the pool at all times. Whenever the lifeguard leaves the room, they must transfer the responsibility to another adult, who will serve as lifeguard, and will not swim. Please respect the danger of the water at all times.

Pond: While it is a natural pond, the thick, silty bottom makes it unsuitable for swimming. The yard by the pond is a great place to play yard games and enjoy a fire in the fire pit.

-We have two adult 21 speed bikes for your use.

- Public boat launch only 1.5 miles north.

- Numerous parks & hiking trails within 10 miles.

- Grand Haven State Park 13.5 miles north.

- Holland State Park 8.5 miles south.

- Saugatuck Dunes State Park 20 miles south.

- No loud music outside.

- Life jackets must be worn by all persons if kayaking on pond. We have several life jackets, for both adults and children, available for your use. Always respect the danger that bodies of water present.

- Using pool/sauna/pond while under influence of alcohol/drugs is strictly prohibited.

- No running in pool room.

- No diving in pool.

- Use caution when enjoying pool and sauna. Exit sauna immediately if feeling dizzy or sleepy and check with doctor before use if pregnant, in poor health or under medical care.
