"Perfect place to stay for our first time visiting Salem. We were able to do a lot of walking since we were so close to Essex St. The house was nice and clean. Plenty of bathrooms, which was definitely a bonus. Loved that we didn't have to park on the street. We had absolutely no issues during our stay. I would highly recommend to anyone! "

"The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion."

"The property was clean with the exception of dog hair on the chairs, sofa, and towels. There was an odor of wet dog. After communicating this with the management we were advised that the prior occupant did have a service animal and an appropriate adjustment was made. Location and comfort was fine. 4 stars overall. "We had a great SummerWeen in The Archer house! The history book in the space to read was awesome to see how far back the house and roots of it go. It’s definitely an older house with history and uneven floors, but it adds the the character of the home. We loved it and the girls loved having bigger beds than mom and dad for the week! The communication with the host was a breeze and any questions were answered right away. We loved the decor and Halloween vibes. Will definitely stay again!!"

"There are not enough stars to give for this place!!! From the moment we stepped into the Warlock House, we could feel its magic! We had seen the pictures online, but they did not fully capture how truly special and unique this property is. Every room has been carefully designed and decorated to capture the spirit of Salem. Each bedroom has a different feel. My favorite was the Herbarium room. From the plants to the fairy lights and light green decor, it was truly a calming and magical room....

"This property was so nice! Within walking distance of shops and dining in downtown Beverly. Very quiet, and SUPER clean. The bedrooms had window AC units, which I did not need to use. The property was compact, but large enough for me to spread out my yoga mat (a high priority for me). Two large bedrooms with VERY comfortable king-sized beds. The host was very nice and super courteous. I would definitely recommend this property!"
