Perfect combination of private areas and common areas. We used the well-stocked kitchen and eating area for several meals. Several people used the tv area for gaming. Others enjoyed talking around the fireplace. The separate bedrooms allowed people to work remotely without interruption. The four bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready for a wedding. The parking set up allowed people to come and go without having to shuffle cars. The wedding was held at an off-site location, but the West Linn property would have been splendid for a small wedding.

Well stocked and clean properly. We were big family with all ages. We had grand parents , grand kids and all in between. Every rooms were perfect and clean. The mini golf was enjoyable and grill feed our big family without any issue. Kitchen is fully stocked and had all utensils needed.

With a big family of 12 people, 9 adults abd 3 kids there was plenty of room and lots of areas on the property for everyone to be entertained. The property is just beautiful. Beds were pretty comfotable as well as pillows which is important when on a vacay. Only thing is we wished it was more wheelchair accessible. That was the only thing that was a bit of a problem but we made it work.

Great for adults and kids

Great location for a family. Tons of room, property had everything you could need from kitchen appliances to games. Close to wineries and town yet far enough off that it’s super quiet and peaceful. Kids loved the swing and putting green. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our time there. The only problem, which was minor, was the plug-in air fresheners. One person was allergic to perfumes, and others, as well, would have preferred something natural. It was easy enough to unplug them though.

Great venue for our family gathering

This property gave my immediate family of 3 grown children plus a son in law and 5 grandkids a comfortable place to be all together over the thanksgiving weekend. It met our needs for meal prep and dining perfectly, with plenty of space for outside activities too. The wood fireplace was a real treat For us too. What we found lacking was no running water in cottage, with bottled water instead (repair of faucet couldn’t be taken care of during our stay)., and the hot tub wasn’t disclosed to be a 3 person unit in the description, and was a bit small for our large group, causing is to split up into smaller groups to use it. The location was great and we loved visiting the alpaca & emu ‘neighbors’ and being able to buy farm fresh eggs right next door. The cost for 3 nights was more than I’d planned on spending, however it was worth it for our family gathering, that meant so much to all of us.

What A Wonderful Place

What a wonderful place. Our group of nine had loads of space to sleep, eat and relax, and the extensive, and beautiful, grounds offered multiple options to steal away for quiet time. The many amenities gave each of us varied things to do while on the property. The kitchen was well-stocked with equipment and other essentials, and we had no problems cooking for and feeding our crowd. There were even kitchen herbs planted right outside the back door. All the nearby homes were on multi-acre lots, so it was quiet and scenic (llamas and pygmy goats right across the road!) and a good neighborhood for morning strolls. Nearby stores were fairly convenient, as were Portland and wine country, with the Pacific coast and Columbia River Gorge a reasonable distance. The property manager contacted us after our first night to ensure that we’d had no issues and to ask if we needed anything (we didn’t, but appreciated the message). He was responsive with any questions we had and recommended local options for eating, wine tasting and things to do. A collective shout-out and thanks to he and his team for providing such a welcoming, well-maintained and beautiful property.

The most incredible property

We book this property in West Lynn for my bridal party to stay at wedding. The photos don’t even do it justice, it was more beautiful then any of the photos. It was the perfect place to escape and unwind after my wedding. There were enough rooms for my entire bridal party and their dates without anyone having to share a space or sleep on a couch. There is a field of llamas across the street which only add to the charm of the entire area. I stayed in the king suite in the smaller casita and it was perfect, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom had enough space to get ready in and everything was clean and cozy. Can not recommend enough!

Beauty, perfection, convenience

The grounds and the home were even more beautiful in person. It was the perfect choice for a family reunion and my sons graduation reception. I was a little worried about the distance from Portland but it was a short beautiful drive that everyone enjoyed. A perfect vacation in every way! We also reccomend "Cheryl's on Main" for catering.

Little Piece of Heaven

The property was amazing! Plenty of space for seven people. Tons of outdoor space to relax and unwind from the long day. It takes about 25-30 to get to Portland downtown. If you travel in non-peak times of the day, it is less. There is window unit ACs, so I would suggest turning them on and down as soon as you get to the property, It can get pretty hot upstairs. I would return, for sure!

Perfect property!

This place was so great! Gorgeous grounds, plenty of room for our large group (13 guests), quiet, and relaxing. The house and cottage were immaculate and well stocked. I made a mistake with the check out date and the owner and their rental agent were so understanding!!! They worked it out so we could stay another night. I will rent this place again!

Stunning! Perfect for our Girls Weekend!

Steve & Laurie were wonderful to work with in advance of our stay at their Vineyard Estate in August of 2018. They were responsive, enthusiastic, and always willing to help. So, we were not surprised to arrive to a beautiful estate for 12 of us to stay in for the next few days! The property is really very special. On it lies a small vineyard, fresh fruit and veggie garden, peaceful pond, waterfall, labyrinth, and my favorite part - the rope swing! And that was just the outside of the house... Steve & Laurie have a very well kept home, and the accommodations were luxurious for a large group. The kitchen was well-equipped and perfect to cook big meals, and the bedrooms/bathrooms were spotless, updated, and comfortable. A separate cottage with two large bedrooms and a hot tub to accommodate our guest of honor was the perfect treat. They had great recommendations for the area (the Dahlia farm was a highlight), left us coupons for local wine tastings, and even left us a bottle of their very own wine! We couldn't have picked a better place to relax and celebrate, and I only hope we can find another reason to come back!

Warm, welcoming, wonderful—Perfect venue for group of 12

We recently spent 3 nights/4 days at this lovely estate while in Oregon to attend our son's wedding to his true love. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the Hoffmans to the final day of our stay, our expectations were exceeded. We were a multi-generation family of 12 ranging from 25 to 82 years old. The Hoffmans very generously agreed to let us check in a bit early and met us at the estate to show us around and tell us how to use the locks, hot tub, the bluetooth speakers and invited us, genuinely, to make ourselves at home. They are wonderful, generous, kind people and it is reflected in this amazing home. There was enough space and privacy to comfortably house all of us. We had 4 couples in the main house and two couples in the "A" Frame (the upstairs has a hot tub on the deck, accessible to anyone and the lower apartment was perfect for our elderly parents...had its own fridge and coffee pot and space for them to get away from it all when they had enough :). The house was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Everything was thought of...from a stocked coffee and condiment cupboard, tape, scissors...all the things you need and don't think to pack...to plenty of dishes and wine glasses (and a wonderful bottle of GAZE wine--thak you!). The washer and dryer was appreciated, as were the iron and ironing board as we all pressed our wedding attire. There were enough sitting/visiting spaces around the gorgeous property to find some time away. The grounds are spectacular. The sunset was stunning. the bountiful garden (that we were invited to eat from) was delicious and provided us plenty of fresh cherry tomatoes! The day after the wedding, we had a the bride's family over for a barbecue and fire and there was plenty of seating and ambiance. We were a group of 20 for the party and there was plenty of parking, seating, space and beauty. Everyone enjoyed the tree swing, the pond, the gorgeous gardens, the goats and alpaca across the street and the comfortable seating both inside and outside. We also appreciated the proximity of Costco, Safeway and Target (10 min away). We are so grateful we found this lovely home and highly recommend it. We were sad to have to leave!

Gorgeous property, nicely equipped house

We rented this house as part of a wedding group. It was very well equipped, and beautifully decorated. There were many bedrooms in the house, where the groomsmen and other wedding participants stayed. The interior was comfortably furnished with nice bedding and towels, as well as many cozy areas to sit and relax. We also rented the adjoining studio, which has two bedrooms. It accommodated a family of 4 very comfortably. The hot tub was an added bonus. The yard and property surrounding the house were amazing. There were lots of places to explore and walk around. Down below the house is a great swing in the tree for children. A waterfall with Koi pond made a beautiful backdrop to the outside patio area. We had a catered gathering one evening, and everyone who attended complimented the surroundings. The owners were very accommodating and friendly. They answered questions quickly and gave suggestions when needed. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat!!

A lovely, comfortable property owned by delightful people.

Our family group of 9, ranging in age from 10 to 76, thoroughly enjoyed Hoffman Vineyard Estate. It is creatively and beautifully landscaped, is well stocked, and is located in the heart of the area we were interested in visiting. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting Steve and Laurie and found we had many ideas in common. They made great suggestions of things to visit, and were very accomodating. We highly recommend the venue.

Beautiful home and garden, well maintained.

We had a girls reunion here and hoped for a comfortable setting to reconnect. The house was that and more. The garden and decks were perfect for evening dinners and relaxing. The house works very well for a group and the owners were really nice and easy to work with. I would stay here again.

The house and grounds are beautiful.

I rented the estate for a memorial for my mother. Just a place to gather the family. I am so happy I found the estate. The grounds are wonderful, from the waterfall to the ponds. The house was clean and bright and easy to entertain in. It comfortably fit the 20 or so people for both chatting and for a large dinner. Steve and his wife were both very accommodating and greeted me when I arrived. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

Beautiful property.

We had a fabulous time. The house was perfect for our family. Our daughter got married and we were able to have our son-in-law's family there so we were able to all meet and get acquainted. Cannot wait to stay again.
