"They cabin was beautiful and more than met my expectations! The front porch was so nice with the hummingbirds coming to visit! It was so hot out but the cabin was cool and comfortable. Saw so many deer, dogs and horses! It was a great little trip! Would lo e to come down in the fall, it would be gorgeous!"

"Great location and beautiful view. Came with a friend to visit wineries, but this was also super convenient to historic Charlottesville and campus with easy access to 64. Appreciated the covered parking. Not somewhere I’d recommend to anyone who has trouble with multiple flights of stairs. But a very clean and comfortable stay!"

"Our night at the Ivy Rose Cottage was cozy and charming. Nestled between Charlottesville and the Blue Ridge, the hand-built cottage amazed us with its timber framing and copper trellises. We enjoyed Dino’s pizza and marveled at the tiny water closet where knees nearly touched the door. The next morning, we had breakfast overlooking the misty garden—truly a peaceful and beautiful start to the day. Mary is also an excellent host and check in/check-out was a breeze!"
