"upon arriving,it was easy access to the flat, first appearance, it looked okay,you’re going to the first bedroom.There was clothes in the wardrobe like someone’s is living there and only left when the flat has been rented out.One bed was at the normal size and the other bed was really low to the ground,there was food in the kitchen,no instructions on how to use the oven or the air fryer no instructions for anything really, apart from empty the bins but don’t tell you where the bins are.couldn’t...

"The house as per the pictures was immaculate on arrival. The house is finished to a very high standard with great amenities including the cinema room and dining room both of which we made good use of during our stay. We were unlucky enough to stay during a storm but one of the maintenance guys stopped by the next morning just to check on ourselves and the property due to some storm damage that had occurred.
