"This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back."

"Was very clean, comfortable beds, hot tub was great, everything was as listed. Just me, but would have appreciated a fan in the bedroom. Didn’t ask host, but his communication was great and seemed accommodating, so he probably would have gotten me a fan if asked. "

"I was in town for a family reunion. I wanted a place to accommodate me, my sister, her son, and my daughter, both adults. The location was great, as it is very near Balboa Park, the venue for the reunion. We arrived to a clean, easy to access home, with plenty of room and a beautiful back patio. The house worked out great. We even had some family back to the house after the reunion. Patrick was availableand responded immediately as we communicated"

"This stay went far beyond expectations. The property was lovely, spacious, and the view was absolutely breath taking. We really enjoyed spending most days out on the large balcony and reading, chatting, and enjoying meals. Nature is literally in your backyard here and it was fun seeing bunnies, squirrels and a wide variety of birds play or fly nearby. The beds were very comfortable, and I loved the cozyness of the furniture and decor here. It felt like a real home and not one of those empty,...
