"Beautiful views and a serene space! It was a great respite from a busy family visit and we loved being walking distance to Seabreeze. There is a beautiful nearby running trail and the beach at the property is sandy and private. Will definitely stay again!"

"Perfect location on a quiet cul-de-sac with a lovely deck facing the lake shore. Short walk to a small playground and beach. Our adult son took daily extended bike rides around the area. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, a kitchen stocked for cooking in. Restaurants and grocery store minutes away. Our highlight was seeing juvenile eagles fishing in the lake."

"We were unable to stay at this property due to unsafe and unsanitary conditions on arrival. At check-in, the building was open and unattended, with visible damage to the screen door, unsafe low railings, and structural concerns-the front of the structure is supported by stacked tires rather than a permanent foundation. Inside, we found blood stains on bedding and general uncleanliness, which we documented in photos and reported immediately to the property manager and VRBO.We waited several...

"Stayed here for nine nights and experienced all Rochester weather from cold rainy nights to beautiful warm sunny days. The fall foliage was reaching its peak and was putting on a great show. Had a great time visiting relatives and friends in the area."
