"Front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. With the inn right off the busy highway it was still quite clean. I was surprised upon opening the door to my room! It was so spacious, clean and inviting

The restaurant, Kim’s, is right on the property too. Go there. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious and you don’t leave still hungry."

"There is no fridge or microwave in the room. On top of that the shower is extremely small, water gets everywhere & the corridor to the room smells terrible.
Only plus was the easy check in / contactless check in, parking at the back and the room appeared clean from what I could see."

"Kim and the Chepstow in were amazing. She greeted us with a friendly smile and gave us all the information we requested about the area around the Inn and interesting sites to visit. She prepared an amazing breakfast for us and had it ready at the time we asked. All around an amazing B&B and Kim made the experience something I would recommend to anyone!"
