"We went for 1 night, a group of seven women. The beds are mostly doubles so one of us had to sleep on the pull-out couch, but it was comfortable. Middletown is quiet and gorgeous and we especially enjoyed the proximity to Newport. We had some small issues but they were resolved. Overall a very nice experience."

"We spent a lovely couple days at this location. House was clean and overall mostly updated. Amazing spot for sharing with multiple families as there were lots of bed options/rooms, all the beds were reported as comfortable. Nice quiet large yard. Small items for improvement include more kitchen towels, more ice trays to substitute for the ice maker … bigger items - bathrooms are due for updating. Very functional- but definitely out dated. If you can look past this (or it won’t bother you) then...

"We had a great stay at Danielle’s house for my sister’s bachelorette weekend. The house was spacious, clean, the beds were super comfortable, and we enjoyed spending time in the outdoor spaces. Danielle was very responsive and helped accommodate all of our needs. The location of the house was perfect! We were within a 10 minute drive/uber ride to the beach and downtown Newburyport! Would definitely recommend this house to any group looking for a Newport getaway!"
