Well this is very disappointing and my first 2 star review. When you contacted me I said I could come over right away and you said you would be gone most of the next couple days and to come then, as you were relaxing at that time. I had several chalets turning over and was cleaning the following day, and you returned at 2 pm before I had a chance to get in there. Each time I came by, you were there and I didn't want to disturb you. You told me the blinds weren't a big deal, but if I wanted to take them in for repair for the next guests I could get them while you were gone. I do have the blind repair man coming next week to measure and replace the string blinds with slider blinds. As for the bedding, it is not old and dirty. We take pride in our cleaning and other reviews represent that. Pillows themselves might have stains, which is why we use pillow cases, but they are not dirty. I buy new towels every year and it doesn't take long until there are bleach stains, but the towels are fluffy and high quality and I replace when needed.

I apologize for the dust on the vent covers and have had them cleaned and the cabinet hinges were re-tightened. We typically provide salt and pepper and other essentials, but sometimes they get used up. I will try to keep extra stock on hand and have the crew check these items each time. I did check after this review and there was two salt and pepper shakers in the unit. We also provide hair dryers, a clean sponge, shampoo/conditioner, and a starter kit of laundry soap. There is one night stand next to each bed and closets in each room to store luggage. One bathroom is a limitation for some and something to consider. We strive to maintain a high quality review and superior cleanliness, but this one must have slipped behind and I apologize. We will remedy all of this that we can.
