"My family of five and my cousin’s family of five went for a quick spring break trip. The layout and amenities of the house were prefect for our larger group ranging in age of 9 to 21 for our kids. Room for the grown kids to have space and the younger ones to have the loft. Lake was still cold, but beautiful views! Dennis was easy and great to work with and quick to respond."

"I wish I could stay here for all my travel locations! This was a lovely getaway for my husband's birthday weekend and we both loved the quiet area with the beautiful cottage that we could come back to several times a day for rest and relaxation. "

"The property was perfect for what we needed. First time visit to Natchez so close to all the sights we were going to see. Several great restaurants within walking distance. Richard was a great host. Responded very quickly to any question. The place was very clean and well stocked with lots of extras. The a/c worked great. The only disadvantage was the stairs for 3 older women carrying luggage but we managed. Would stay there again."

"Sweet Aunties cottage was absolutely fantastic. End of street was so quiet and peaceful. Cottage was perfect for a couple. Everything was clean and inviting. "We loved The Dollhouse! The plave has so much history and was great to look at all the collectibles. When we were home we spent most of our time on the front porch talking with the neighbors. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The town is walking distance and adorable. We loved meeting the locals. Make sure to go down to the river and watch the sunset over the river. We loved the Dollhouse in Natchez!!"

"Plans for this weekend were cancelled so off we came to beautiful Natchez. We have previously stayed at The Gaol and Mr. Richard's other properties. The Gaol is always neat, clean and provides snacks and WINE. Love being on Franklin Street for all shopping! Don't worry we will be back again! Totally recommend!!"

"Overall the property was very nice. I do feel that the living room furniture is worn and uncomfortable to relax in and needs updating for comfort of guest. The shower head was a bullet nozzle type. I would recommend a newer type shower head. With or without changes we would consider returning. The Host was great and gave us a tour of their house which was very generous!"

"Everything was exactly as advertized. I can not say too much about how great our host was! They were extremely responsive and even came over to help us with the TV on the same day as they were heading out of town! We enjoyed how close the house is to everything and how cosy the house itself is. You really can't go wrong with this house!"

The day after I checked in, I noticed the toilet had either not been flushed in a while, meaning room had been vacant or the toilet was not properly cleaned as there was a dirty ring around the water inside.
