"First time here and relaxing, peaceful and local stay in Palmy.
Check in was no fuss, room immaculate and clean, had an iron and ironing board, everything we needed amd so local to restaurants, mall, city centre.
We had Room 7. The only downfall was the Spa, we loved that it was a private Spa that could at least 4 of us, but the temperature was more like warm than hot.
Other than that, a great stay, we'll come back here for sure."

"Tried without fail to reach the manager multiple times over the week on all listed numbers. Couldn’t get in my room initially as no code sent for the lock box.
Wallpaper peeling off in my room.
The office was locked and without staff all week (I was there Sunday to Friday) and no phone contact possible.
Very unusual."
