Everyone was very attentive until i had a problem. Maybe their system. When we got there the place smelled very musty. It was very cold that week so we turned the heat up. In a couple of minutes my asthma started acting up and now all i could smell was mold. We called and texted everything we could. Finally we got in touch with someone. They wanted us to sleep there and they would come check it out in the morning. No specific time. We didn’t stay due to the problem. We got our money back but were left hung out to dry 1000 miles from home with no accommodations. They said they looked for other properties but couldn't find us a place to stay. Thats what angers me most. We had to stay in a hotel with two 70lb Boxer dogs. My first experience with Vrbo. Most likely my last. Shame on them. We were told we could have a lakefront stay but would have to pay the difference. Im not impressed. We should have been compensated for their inconvenience. Yet they chose not to take care of us.
