The agree to give us a late check out, and when we arrive the have taken all our things and put them in a store, and a simple sorry, mistake was made! Terrible service

Great stay at Taunton IHG .The pool is excellent for doing lengths. The staff were great and theroom very comfortable. I can recommended a stay there.
