"We paid full price for a king room but on arrival room was just so small and dingy with just 12 inches clearance around the side of the bed, with a tiny little velux window in the roof. The bathroom was about 2m x 1m with a small shower which was filthy. If you get allocated Room 55 at reception then ask to change as there is no way 2 adults can comfortably fit in that room. "The Bathroom Basin Hot Tap flow was virtually non existant...very,very,very,slow in delivery which was minimal. The Bath Shower Mixer was broken causing great inconvenience not having a hand held Showering facility to avoid using the overhead seperate Shower and getting hair wet."

"It was a nice little hotel, room was spotless and the staff were very friendly. However, if the current hot weather is going to be a recurring feature in future years, then the hotel may want to consider installing air conditioning going forward. Obviously the heat wasn’t the fault of the hotel, and it didn’t detract the enjoyment of my stay. It’s merely a suggestion for the future."

"Sadly, a good experience during the stay became uncomfortable when they accused me of damaging the kettle in my room, they accused me of having used it with milk, which is incorrect and I categorically deny it, I used the kettle properly with water for coffee and tea, on the other hand, they found milk in a cup because I ate cereal but with cold milk, at no time did I use the kettle to heat milk. I don't care about the £20 they charged me, but I do care to make it clear that it was a false...

Bozena was fantastic at breakfast, providing friendly and attentive service, and the barman was very accommodating by providing a fan during the current heatwave, which was greatly appreciated. "This airport hotel is very conveniently located for both arrivals and departures, making it an excellent option when traveling through London.
