We live here on Grand Cayman and chose Coconut 1 at Boggy Sands Club for our multi generational 10 person gathering. The unit was gorgeous, modern, spacious, immaculate and had everything we needed for our 4 generations of family ages 14 months to 86 years. Easy parking right in front of first floor unit was perfect for strollers and great grandma. The kitchen had every single pot, pan and utensil we needed to cook and eat together. Showers had powerful water pressure and more than enough towels and hot water for everyone. Beds were beyond comfortable. The public spaces were enormous and the sofas were the most relaxing place to hang out and enjoy each other. An easy stroll to the private beach (we drove great grandma to the beach right around the corner), where Madhav had loungers, chairs, floats, kayaks, sand toys, paddle boards and more. He even brought over a kiddie pool and filled it with fresh water for the littlest ones! Alfanso responded immediately when we had a minor issue. He also brought us a mini playground for the garden behind the unit. Foster’s market just steps away had everything we needed. We love this north section of 7 Mile Beach in West Bay. Private and quiet, but easy driving to any and all of the 7 Mile Beach action including restaurants, workouts and activities. We have cars on island, but if we didn’t, we would have definitely rented a couple. We cannot recommend Boggy Sands more. We will absolutely stay again. Thank you Alfanso, Morne and team!

Everything we were hoping for and more

Our stay at Boggy Sands was so wonderful. From the pre-trip advice the team gave us to the immediate and thorough welcome/tour to the care and effort they displayed during the week to share the island with us, we couldn’t have asked for more. Alfanso is truly the gem of this property, he was so friendly and knowledgeable. The location was excellent, we were so close to wonderful restaurants and having the grocery store in walking distance was clutch. The beach is gorgeous, private, and this team literally has every single beach you can think of, for adults and kids! I cannot recommend Boggy Sands more. We cannot wait to return.

Best week

I absolutely loved our stay at Boggy Sands! This was our second time coming back. The condo is beautifully furnished and plenty of room for our two families. Alfonso was very welcoming and always making sure we had what we needed. The beach was perfection- the water was crystal clear, beautiful snorkeling off the beach. Madaf at the beach was very helpful anytime we needed chairs, umbrellas or paddleboards and made it so easy for us to relax at the beach. Cannot wait to return for another vacation in the future!

Boggy Sands - West Bay

Excellent property. A short walk to the beach, but everything you need was there when you get there...Beautiful. The condo was excellent! And the management team was there to help all along the way. I absolutely recommend Boggy Sands and their management team.

Paradise

Boggy Sands was overall excellent. The check-in process was seamless. The property was clean and the place had an open concept. My kids really enjoyed the game room and we certainly enjoyed the smart TVs in all of the bedrooms. The grocery store was less than 1 mile away. The beach was magnificent. I did have to watch my kids around the rocks which were near the shore. Once you were more than a couple feet out, there was no rocks in the way. Excellent location in proximity to multiple excursions. They had an abundance of rafts and toys. The only thing they lacked was masks for snorkeling. Would definitely recommend this to any family staying on the island.

What a fabulous family getaway

Just came back from a 4 night stay with all of our adult kids. What a beautiful place. Everything was exactly as described and Alfonso was an amazing host. The beach is by far the highlight of the stay…amazing!

Excellent stay- highly recommend

Beautiful Condo, well appointed, modern, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make gourmet meals and the grocery store is so close- walking distance! Boggy Sands is very well run and the management are super responsive. I highly recommend it! The only down side is that you don’t get beach views and have to walk (a very short walk) to the beach. The beach has the best off shore snorkeling that we have even had in Grand Cayman and we been there 5 times! It is so easy with paddle boards (provided) to get to the reef.

Great Relaxing Vacation

We live the Caymans!! The property was very well maintained and the staff was AWESOME!! Only complaint is that website touts an on site gym / fitness center that does not exist. Other than that - I give it ten out of ten stars!

Fantastic Grand Cayman condo

We were a group of nine (two families) staying in the condo and had a terrific experience. The condo itself was super modern and clean with great appliances and very nice kitchenware. Alfanso was wonderful to work with and incredibly responsive. At the beginning, the check-in process was quick and easy and we had no issue staying later (post check-out) until we needed to catch our flight. Highly recommend this spot!

Boggy Sands Club

This trip exceeded our expectations by all aspects. The condo unit was extremely clean and well stocked with everything that we needed. The private beach was also super clean and there was plenty of paddle boards, kayaks and snorkeling equipment to use. The snorkeling was wonderful off the beach! The staff was also extremely helpful throughout the trip! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to book a trip to 7 Mile Beach! 5 star all the way!

Everything your family could ever need! Alfanso is one of the most amazing humans and went out of his way to be the host with the most! The location is great and within walking distance to the grocery store, great restaurants (eat at the Italian restaurant next door Simone is fantastic!) the beach is private and has all the toys and floats you could ever want!

The perfect family vacation

We wanted to celebrate our 30th anniversary but also include our big kids for a family vacation. This was the perfect place for us to stay. A Home Away From Home at Boggy Sands Club - A Christmas to Remember!

This past Christmas, our family had the pleasure of staying in a 4-bedroom apartment at the Boggy Sands Club on the picturesque 7 Mile Beach, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in comfort and luxury, with ample space for all 7 of us to relax and enjoy. One of the most remarkable aspects of our stay was the incredible location. The apartment is just off the beach that seemed like it was made just for us, offering serene and breathtaking views that became the backdrop of our holiday memories. The beach was so conveniently connected to the Boggy Sands Club, it felt like stepping into a paradise tailor-made for our enjoyment. The management team at Boggy Sands Club deserves a special shout-out. They went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was flawless. They were particularly adept at catering to our needs, no matter how big or small. Whether it was arranging a van for us during the busiest season or helping us find essentials at the last minute, they were always there, ready to assist with a smile. And then there's Geraldo – a gem of a person and a treasure trove of knowledge. He was our go-to for everything! Need a recommendation for a local dining spot? Ask Geraldo. Looking for the best spot on the beach to watch the sunset? Geraldo knows. His insights and warm demeanor added an extra layer of joy to our holiday experience. The apartment itself was a dream. Slice of paradise

The Coconut 1 was the absolute perfect place for our group of 10. We had 5 adults and 5 children and had plenty of space. The bonus room was great for the older kids to go hang out when the little ones were sleeping. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook in the gorgeous kitchen. The grill right outside was very convenient as well. They had a great variety of board games for the kids and a full size Pac-Man in the bonus room that got lots of use by both kids and adults. Everything was spotless upon arrival. The bathrooms were great with lots of storage and plenty of towels. We really appreciated all of the pool/beach towels as well. The beach club was phenomenal with everything you could possibly want in the boggy sands beach bus. Alfonso could not have been nicer and more helpful to all of us. He chilled and cut open coconuts for everyone for a couple of the days he knew we would be on the beach. He really made the experience special. The property manager was more like a concierge as he was willing to help with any questions we had and reached out numerous times to see if we needed anything. Excellent costumer service and all around wonderful experience. I can’t wait to come back!!!

Great place!

We highly recommend this place! Our host, Ruaneik, was very friendly and gave us a tour as soon as we arrived so we didn't have to worry about getting lost on the way to the pool or beach. Alfanso at the beach was great too! He took our kids out on a boogie board the first day and they LOVED it. He also found coconuts (which he put on ice in a cooler) for the kids to drink and eat since they were obsessed with the coconut trees. Also they set us up on a Whatsapp group chat before we came so we could make any requests or ask advice beforehand. That was very helpful while preparing for and planning our trip. The house itself was great. The custom bunk beds worked well for our 3 children (ages 5,5,7) and they loved having a TV in their room. Every room had cable TV and Rokus where you can use your favorite streaming app. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking but didn't have any extras (dish soap, seasonings, foil, etc) so you'll need to bring or buy that stuff. We used the tap water and ice from fridge with no trouble. Mosquitoes are crazy! Bring bug spray, candles and anything else you can think of! Location seemed good too. We were minutes from the Turtle Farm and Dolphin Discovery. The grocery store is walking distance and they have a wagon, ice packs and coolers to borrow. We accidentally took a public bus one day and it was fun! We had a slight detour but the cost was only $2.50 USD per person - much cheaper than the taxis!

Great Property in a Great Location

We had an amazing trip to Grand Cayman and this condo added to it! Great location on 7 mile beach, you can walk to the beach, the grocery store and a liquor store- that’s a vacation! Staff is all very helpful and Alfonso at the beach is looking to make it fun.

Great Place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very nice and is a short walk to a private beach and a short walk to a grocery store. The condo has everything you would need. Owners responded quickly to inquiries. Wished we could have stayed longer.

We brought our 4 adult children and their significant others to this wonderful property. The condominium was very nice and had a great kitchen and great room with three outdoor patios. The roof top, private beach, pool, bbq grills and other amenities made this a perfect place to stay. The grocery store, liquor store and a nice restaurant/bar were one block away. I rate this property highly.

Pretty close to perfect

Like new unit, well stocked with everything you might need, from Le Creuset cookware to a literal bus full of beach supplies (parked on the private beach club). And walk 100 yards to a major grocery store, liquor store, and a very nice all purpose restaurant/bar.

Incredible Property

Everything about this property is top notch. We loved the Beach Bus and private beach area. The paddle boards and kayaks were a big hit with our group. Everything was great and we'll definitely be back!

Great experience

We had such a nice stay here. The listing was exactly as advertised and the beach was amazing truly a short walk away. Recommend ordering food delivery from Hurleys and alcohol delivery from Jacques so it arrives when you arrive. It is a little further from the hotels so we most spent our time at the property and beach. Would love to come back!

We loved everything about the rental property. It was clean, easy to get everywhere, loved having the grocery store nearby. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!
