Wonderful vacation!

My family had a wonderful vacation! We enjoyed the pool, tennis court, basketball court etc. There was something for everyone. We enjoyed home-made meals in the well-stocked kitchen. Jeff was very prompt with communication. The house is beautifully laid out and it is very clean and well maintained. We look forward to returning next year. We had a great family getaway- this property was a great fit for our multi-generational group.

Our extended family of 10, ranging in age from 11-77, had a great stay at this property. The home was very clean and peaceful, with a spacious kitchen that made cooking for a large group easy. The beds were comfortable, and the overall layout of the house helped us feel connected without being crowded. We used and enjoyed all of the indoor and outdoor amenities—from shared meals to evenings around the fire pit.Although there was no access to the closet spaces in the bedrooms, most rooms had wardrobes and drawer storage, which worked fine for our needs. One room (the bunk bed room) uses a curtain instead of a door for privacy- something to be aware of, but it wasn't an issue for us.One small layout challenge was that one of the king-sized bedrooms shared a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a room that had a full and a twin bed. For our group, it would've worked better if that full-and-twin room had instead shared a bathroom with one of the queen-sized bedrooms. Just a few small additions like s'more sticks and a hand mixer would have been helpful. We ended up using oven mitts and skewers for our s'mores:)Overall, the property was well-equipped, thoughtfully laid out, and perfect for a multigenerational group. I recommend it to families or groups looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

Amazing Host! House was clean upon arrival, Host had cleaners come in the morning to clean the hot tub which was reassuring seeing someone actually clean it and not wondering when the last time it was cleaned. Host responded to any questions we had, I will say a few items were broken by previous guests so keep and take note of them but besides that everything was amazing!! Highly recommend!

House is perfectly set up for a large family gathering. Pool, hot tub, plenty of privacy in the bedrooms. We only had 3 nights and didn’t even get to use the theater room. Hosts were great for communication. Simple check-in and check-out.

Perfect property for a group

The property and grounds are in great condition and offers plenty of space. We had thought it was going to rain throughout most of our trip so we had planned to spend most of our time indoors in the family room, billiards room, and theater but we ended up enjoying the excellent outdoor amenities. There was space for our group and the house is well equipped with cooking utensils, towels, etc.

Four night Family Reunion

Amazing long weekend! The host was in direct communication with me right from the beginning. I was looking for a home large enough for our two daughters, their spouses, and the five grandkids. All of the kids are into sports, card games, pool, and golf. The large screen TVs were perfect to watch the Masters Tournament!Jeff, the host, checked in with me just before the trip and he was in direct communication throughout the weekend. We have rented several homes in the past, not as big or luxurious, and this vacation tops them all.Plenty of space for the 14 of us....loved it!

Our party spent 3 nights at the property. The home was breathtaking and exactly as advertised. Our host was extremely communicative and helpful. The home boasts spacious and comfortable accommodations for large parties with lots to do to stay entertained. This time is out of a movie. It is so pristine. The property is massive. The amenities all worked and exceeded expectations. The basement had a full gym and a movie theater style room. It was the most stunning home we’ve ever been in. Owners were responsive and laid out everything perfectly for us. Highly recommend.

Week on the Cape

The property was fantastic. The various amenities allowed all of the family to enjoy their time- whether at the pool which was a generous size which allowed for true swimming, to the tennis court, to the workout facilities which was as well-equipped as most health centers, to the home theater, to the spacious decks and ground floor allowing the family to spread out. All the bedrooms were ample size with the Master suite being extraordinary.

Beautiful resort style home

To celebrate our 70th birthdays my wife and I brought our family to the Cape for the first time. What a wonderful home to have as our home base. Jeffery was a great host and had awesome lunch, dinner, and many other suggestions that made our stay memorable. From the pool, Tennis, shuffleboard, fire pit, billiard table, and many popcorn nights in the huge movie theatre, Jeffery and Kim's home has it all. Our grandkids had the time of their lives. Creating wonderful memories with our family was the best gift of all!! Thanks again Jeff, look forward to future stays!!

Fabulous opportunity getting my busy family together and just enjoying the laughter and love we don't often get to share. Beautiful setting with everything one can ask for - the home, the wonderful offerings the Cape has available - could not get bored even if we tried!! Fantastic house for big family get-together

Ages 9-80, big group had fantastic time. Plenty of bedrooms, great pool and outdoor area, fun stuff inside too (ping pong,, pool table, gym, home theater). Active communication from owner throughout. Tennis court surface was not perfect (in process of resurfacing) but he let us know so there was no disappointment, and we had many hours of tennis-loving kids on the court. House well equipped and thoughtfully set up with towels, pool toys, etc. all around terrific.

Everything you need

Jeff and Kim's property was the perfect place to host a group of 11 guys for our weekend getaway. Everything was smooth in terms of check-in, communication, check-out. The house itself is well supplied and everything was thought of - plenty of kitchen supplies, coffee makers and filters, a crock-pot even! The pool and hot tub were great and we spent a majority of our time on the tennis court. The theater room was the perfect place to watch playoff hockey as well. Everyone all weekend kept commenting on how cool this place was, and we would hope to come back if the opportunity arises. Thanks Jeff!

Perfect spot for large groups

Very comfortable large house with plenty of large bedrooms for your whole crew. Main living area is set up very well to hang out around the pool table and the kitchen and the TV so everyone can bounce around and connect. We had an April stay so there wasn't much use of the outdoor spaces, but there is lots to do out there. Central Cape location worked out well for our golf group as its situated well between Eastward Ho, HyannisPort and Kittansett. Great spot for an early season golf trip -- just get ready to Live more, Laugh more and Love more the whole time you are there.

Thanksgiving getaway

My family stayed for Thanksgiving weekend it was wonderful. There are 10 of us and we all felt like we had plenty of room and there was so much to do from playing pool, ping pong, watching movies in the movie room and the fabulous hot tub! I came here with a group of friends, and we loved our stay. Jeff's house is spacious, clean, well-stocked with amenities, and well-decorated. Spectacular Home

My friends and I have an annual trip and this year we chose this house. It could not have been more perfect for us. We even lucked out in October that is was warm enough to go in the pool. This home has everything and more. We hope to come back!
